A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE THREE-YEAR (2017-2019) COMMUNITY-BASED DISASTER RISK

REDUCTION AND MANAGEMENT PLAN OF BARANGAY________________, ALICIA, ISABELA

WHEREAS, as provided by the Republic Act No.10121 OR THE Philippine Disaster Risk
Reduction and Management Act of 2010, every Local Government Unit (LGU) is tasked to create
a Local Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Plan (LDRRMP) which cover the four aspects
of Disaster Risk Reduction and management, namely (1) disaster preparedness, (2) disaster
response 93) disaster prevention and mitigation and (4) rehabilitation and recovery.

WHEREAS ,the BDRRM Plan outlines the activities aimed at strengthening the capacity of the
Municipality of Alicia, Isabela to build disaster silence;

WHEREAS ,the BDRRMC of Barangay _____________, Alicia, Isabela, after careful study and
deliberation on the plan prepared , deemed it appropriate to approved the Barangay Disaster Risk
Reduction and Management Plan 2017-2019.

NOW THEREFORE,on tmotion of BDC Member _________________,duly made and seconded

by all BDC Member present, be it---------
RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, to
approved the Barangay Disaster RiskReduction and Management Plan 2017-2019 of Barangay

RESOLVED FURTHER, to furnish copies of this resolution to all concerned authorities for their information,
guidance and appropriate action.
