Teaching philosophy

My name is Maha waleed, my major is education. My general teaching philosophy

is (philosophy of classroom management). Classroom Management is an essential
tool that must be considered by the teacher in order to provide a much effective
learning environment. There are several teachers consisting of real teaching
policies and various extraordinary certifications but have a lack of understanding
in the management of students in the class. Therefore, these teachers will face
huge difficulty in applying their teaching strategies to the student’s due to the
lack of control on students. Classroom Management is basically the major
requirement in accordance with education. As we know, education’s basic
requirement is classroom management. If there is a proper classroom
management plan, it would provide ease for the teacher to teach in a proper way.
Similarly, it would also help students to learn and understand every concept. On
the other hand, the teacher will only keep calming the classroom environment if
there is bad classroom management. All the time of students would be wasted in
chatting and playing. That’s why classroom management plan is quite effective to
be implemented. This plan basically contains elements and strategies that must
be implemented in the class so that the environment can be better. These rules
are applied to drag students’ attention from other activities, divert their attention
to the class’ lectures and to indulge them in studies. I believe that a good
classroom management approach is one that includes students in making their
classroom boundaries. I believe classroom Management is the key component in
any educational setting. I believe that if students are in a safe environment, then
learning can take place. These are my beliefs in classroom management, all the
plans and new strategies should be familiarized by the students in the beginning
of year. I will apply this in my class by placing clear poster of the classroom rules
in the wall so when students inter the class they can see it and know what they
should do. I choose these beliefs because if I have clear classroom management
the teaching time will be increased. Also, I can know student’s abilities and I can
easily take clear measures to avoid poor behaviors in the class. Furthermore,
every teacher should make the classroom management plan consistent and clear
in order to help the students to follow the plan smoothly. Having the right
environment for all students to learn is my major goal of implementing good
classroom management without it the students would not be able to learn.
