In order to make sense out of what is going on, you need to start seeing the corruption in
the world's money system, and the nefarious role of the bankers and the ruling families
behind this corruption. I have been explaining how the international monetary system
works. The corrupt families that are trying to hold this system in place have been trying
to hide this from you, but I am getting through, and have been getting through for some
years. I am reminding you in this tweet about what I have been saying about this
corruption, also to the world's military powers, who are now on board in a large
coalition predicted by the US National War College. Much of what I have said through
the years remains in the public domain, despite the guilty parties' desperate last-
ditch attempts to cover their tracks.

INTRO
Good evening, I am your host Karen Hudes. This show is a weekly Series called the
Network of Global Corporate Control that has been coming to you from DCTV for two
years. Today’s segment is pre-recorded and follows last week's segment “US minus the
Fed”. I am going to tell you about some of my emails as the Overseer Mandate Trustee
of the Global Debt Facility.
As you have learned on this series, the world's wealth is in the Global Debt Facility. I am
administering this wealth on behalf of humanity with the Coalition for the Rule of Law.
Thanks to DCTV, Carmen Stanley, Studio Producer; Maurice Jackson, Audio and VTR;
Jamie Fain, Prompter; and Krushae Starnes, Floor Director.
It is always exciting to write this series, because it is fun to work with all of humanity. I
will give you an example how this happens. Two years ago I wrote a tweet which
included sayings about bankers. I will read you a handful of these quotes in a minute.
James Theory said "but for being a world class lawyer the presentation of your case is
pretty (expletive deleted) tactless" I responded: "The learning curve has been steep, and
I always welcome feedback to get me ready for the next step up the ladder. We are
nearly there."
It was not simple to retweet these quotes about bankers before today's segment. After
two broken links, I finally uploaded it on internet archive. Sir Josiah Stamp was
president of the Bank of England and the second richest man in Britain in the
1920s. He declared in an address at the University of Texas in 1927:
“The modern banking system manufactures money out of nothing. The process is
perhaps the most astounding piece of sleight of hand that was ever invented. Banking
was conceived in inequity and born in sin . . . . Bankers own the earth. Take it away from
them but leave them the power to create money, and, with a flick of a pen, they will
create enough money to buy it back again. . . . Take this great power away from them
and all great fortunes like mine will disappear, for then this would be a better and
happier world to live in. . . . But, if you want to continue to be the slaves of bankers and
pay the cost of your own slavery, then let bankers continue to create money and control
credit. “

Robert H. Hemphill, Credit Manager of the Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta in the Great
Depression, wrote in 1934: “We are completely dependent on the commercial Banks.
Someone has to borrow every dollar we have in circulation, cash or credit. If the Banks
create ample synthetic money we are prosperous; if not, we starve. We are absolutely
without a permanent money system. When one gets a complete grasp of the picture, the
tragic absurdity of our hopeless position is almost incredible, but there it is. It is the
most important subject intelligent persons can investigate and reflect upon.”
Graham Towers, Governor of the Bank of Canada from 1935 to 1955, acknowledged:
“Banks create money. That is what they are for. . . . The manufacturing process to make
money consists of making an entry in a book. That is all. . . . Each and every time a Bank
makes a loan . . . new Bank credit is created -- brand new money.”
Robert B. Anderson, Secretary of the Treasury under Eisenhower, said in an interview

reported in the August 31, 1959 issue of U.S. News and World Report: “[W]hen a bank
makes a loan, it simply adds to the borrower's deposit account in the bank by the
amount of the loan. The money is not taken from anyone else's deposit; it was not
previously paid in to the bank by anyone. It's new money, created by the bank for the
use of the borrower."
"If the people only understood the rank injustice of our Money and Banking system,

All of this information is finally sinking in. A critical mass of humanity is now aware
that we need to take the creation of currency away from the Bankers, and that is what we
are doing. The Bankers are fighting back, but it is clear that their shenanigans are now
in public view. The reason that things seem to be moving in slow motion is because of
extra low frequency scalar weaponry. Now that we know about this weaponry, it is
possible to limit its effectiveness.
On June 26, 2016 someone who reviewed a document that I uploaded on internet
archive reported on electromagnetic mind control experiments on human beings.

Once people are aware of the existence of this weaponry, it is not very difficult to spot
whether it is being used on someone. This dangerous weaponry is now being used
indiscriminately. The way to limit its effectiveness is for people to join with their
neighbors and friends and help each other to monitor how the group members are being
affected or influenced by these weapons. One very simple way to spot whether someone
is susceptible and under the influence of mind control technology is to suggest this
possibility to the subject. If someone strenuously objects to the possibility that they

might be influenced by mind control weaponry, there is an extremely high likelihood
that they are indeed subjected to mind control.
I have been under attack from this weaponry, but I am luckily one of the people who is
less susceptible. I am following my own advice and work together with others so that
outside influences can be recognized for what they are and eliminated. I let people
know what I am saying on their behalf, and they are free to object and get back to me on
it.

Last night I saw the movie, "The Audience", based on Peter Morgan's play about Queen
Elizabeth II's weekly conversations with fifty years' worth of Prime Ministers. The play
and movie assemble a dream team of Britain's greatest talents, including Helen Mirren
as an uncharacteristically emotional Queen. One commentator noted: "[T]he playwright
seems to have set up Her Majesty to be a font of wisdom and beneficence, and then
suffuses her with his own views, assuming they're hers as well." 2

Peter Morgan did such a good job with the screenplay for the 2006 movie "The Queen",
he was brought in on this next project, which another reviewer characterized as " good
British Palace PR and politics". The play crossed Atlantic to mixed reviews for four
months on Broadway which ended on June 28, 2015. Hilary and Bill Clinton joined the
audience one evening in a show of solidarity for the Network of Global Corporate
Control.
The script is so saccharine that it approaches the maudlin at times, including a
broadcast in 1940 during the war by Elizabeth Teeter as the teenage Queen Elizabeth, a
scene of Elizabeth on her knees in prayer on the day of her coronation, and two corgis
that cross the stage a couple of times as the palace pooches. The pomp and circumstance
failed to mesmerize American audiences, many of whom sensed that "the lady doth
protest too much" and "something is rotten in the state of Denmark".
At the conclusion of the eighteenth century, Robert Burns, Scotland's national poet,
wrote: "O would some power the giftie gie us to see ourselves as others see us."
In the previous month, the Committee of 300, which is headed by Queen Elizabeth II,

Ever since 1215, the English monarchy and the entire British Crown have belonged to

broke the terms of this charter by signing the Magna Carta on June 15, 1215. Remember;

The play and movie end with the Queen's emphatic statement that she must draw the
line somewhere. Yes, it is clear that there must be a line in the sand, but the days that it
is up to royalty to draw this line for us have passed

that high officials that went along with the previous system are going to have to change their
stripes. The Board has fired the Vice President of Human Resources in the World Bank; the
people in the World Bank are going to have a very different regime, indeed.
Now that he is going to AIIB, what does that say for AIIB? This fundamental reset is going
to have to pivot in a very basic, human way. Paul Jenkinson has already commented that
"no organisation is going to be viewed as trustworthy after this".
Your question is actually the most basic one. What I am going to do is to post it without
actually naming X and publishing your name. So we will be discussing this issue in a
theoretical way without pointing to X. And you and I can pursue this discussion offline, with
respect to X.
Herman Wijffels, who represented the Netherlands on the Board of the World Bank, has
said in "The Economy of the Future" http://planc.fikket.be/event/de-economie-van-de-
toekomst "We have hit the boards enormously wrong on all the fronts" and in a television
interview in December, 2014, "It is my sincere opinion that through different developments
and circumstances, the elite, not only in our country, but in others, have betrayed their duty
to the people."

withholding humanity's wealth, are all culpable. How are we going to be able to function in a
transition, where the elite must acknowledge the direct way that they have been at fault, and

now. That is the remaining hurdle, I believe.

Debt Facility for the benefit of humanity. Paragraph 6 of the Bilateral Minesfield
Breakthrough Successor Agreement of August 11, 1950 provides that the assets in the
Global Debt Facility must be authenticated by the Bretton Woods institutions, and

I am the Acting General Counsel of the International Bank for Reconstruction and
Development and the Legal Counsel for the Global Debt Facility, a trust fund established
at the end of World War II containing the US' and the rest of the nations' monetary gold

insolvent Federal Reserve Banks bankrupt and are working out the orderly assumption

I came across a well researched film except an error putting Marcos in the same boat as Mao ZeDong!

use in your programme. It only mentions the Swiss in short references.
I tried to find the film makers email address but to no avail. Also, the call for revolution at the end needs
question unless he means bring people up to speed without losing their minds with rage. It is now
apparent my governments come down hard on “holocaust deniers” since this is getting close to the
truth of the business adventure.
I think the film sets the scene nicely as a whole on how the world works in viewing a small time line of
humanity. Also, the film covers the role of intelligence agents in the media and how well the CIA make
false documentaries. I’m beginning to question the “Greatest Story Never Told”. That documentary
painted Hitler in a favourable light but as Sean Hross says, he betrayed the German people. He should
have let the German people know the bigger plan even if it meant his death.
