ISIDRO OPORTO ELEMENTARY SCHOOL
Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program (English: Bridging Program for the Filipino
Family), also known as 4P’s and formerly “Ahon Pamilyang Pilipino”, is a
conditional cash transfer program of the Philippine government under the
Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD).
III. Accomplishments
In the school, concern parents are able to pay school obligations in terms
of basic contributions, they provide school supplies to their child/ren.
Based on experience, only 80% out of 100% parents still can not fully pay
their accountabilities after receiving their cash transfer. No other activities
are done in the school that is initiated by 4P’s.
Their cash received from 4P’s is just enough to their basic needs at home.
Some parents are lack of financial literacy on how to manage such amount
intended for the education of their child/ren.

There are 40 pupils who are 4P’s recepients, 25 male and 15 female.
