 Observation Noted
It was noticed that EGYPSCO team is using steel hammer for the ass
considered a bad practice as it caused deformations and sharp notc
plate and aluminium connecting clamp beams as seen in the attach
(Observation#1A&1B).

EGYPSCO was requested to supply a rubber hammer (Qty:2) to be u

hammers.
It was mutually agreed that the grinding cracks and shell sheet lami
E-7018 electrode, but it was found that the used electrode packet c
6013 & E-7018) as per the attached picture(Observation#2) which m
followed the agreed filling procedure,

EGYPSCO was requested to remove any mixed electrode packets ou

an valid electrode certificated for the used batches and confirm tha
agreed or advice a rectifying action

EGYPSCO was requested to submit the torque values for tightening

bolt size and material but they did not advise the used method/dev
target torque for the bolts randomly nor explain how this device wil
desired torque ranges.

The shown Electrical torque wrench gun was used with no referance
watts or calibraton certificate
During installation of 2nd Rim Plate, it was noticed that EGYPSCO te
foam dam to be able to install the bolt nut of item 6-8 at (check pict
dam to bend (sheet deformed) and its inclination angle to vary alon

Such bend is not accepted as it will not grantee the spread of the sp
seal, it will drop over the foam dam.
EPROM team notified EGYPSCO that the supplied materials don't in
connecting beams with the 1st outer rim plate, as shown in the draw
equally sized as one side is longer than the other side and shall be fa
connecting beam side.

EGYPSCO team advised that the normal corner angles used for fixing
connecting beams will be used to connect the them with the outer
lenght and number of fixation bolts as shown in the pictures).

EPROM team highlighted to EGYOSCO that the two corner angles sh

others but EGYPSCO insisted on using them
which caused the corner angles to deform and bent and they were o
connecting bar which not conforming with the submitted drawings
indicate two bolts to be used
