The backbone of every company is the manpower that’s working hard to nourish the company’s betterment. SureTrust’s workforce is a majority of outsourced agents trained to effectively close marketing deals. They are currently given incentives based on their quotas. However, devising other better and more compensating promotion and incentive schemes might improve their performance, thus, improving the company’s income-generating capability. As of now, SureTrust Autohub Cebu enjoys the comfort of novitiate, not directly feeling the impact of competition among other autohubs, but, surely, its performance goes beyond what it is expected to do so.
