EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

SureTrust Autohub – Cebu is an auto-loan company established to provide automobile


solutions to all types of customers in downtown Cebu and nearby towns by giving its customers
access to affordable car plans and flexible value-added services. It has been a year since it has
started its operations last May, 2018 and many have been the challenges it has surpassed which
include the strong competition among different autohub companies around Cebu. One of its
strengths is its ability to provide the customers any types of car models and brands that suits the
client’s taste. Even without a showroom, SureTrust can guarantee the clientele’s satisfaction
because of this capability, which, is somewhat unique of SureTrust among others.
Moreover, to compensate on its non-showroom setup, SureTrust makes it sure that it
closes it deals most of the time by doing home visitations as a marketing mechanism. It gives
the clients the comfort and advantage since every marketing talk will be done inside their
homes. It makes them feel special. However, the downside on this setup is the inability of
SureTrust to let its clients experience the driver’s seat due to its non-showroom setup. But,
SureTrust would not pay so much for an experience that can later be fulfilled by real-time driving
as soon as they get their ordered car units in 2 to 3 days’ time.
On the marketing department, SureTrust purely relies to its online reach through
Facebook and Instagram. 80% of the clients come from the niche created online and the
remaining, by word of mouth coming from previous customers. Although this marketing
scheme might be effective for the time being, spending more on other online ads and fields
might be a stronger call to gain more market reach and sustainability since 45% of the clients
are coming outside Cebu.
The backbone of every company is the manpower that’s working hard to nourish the
company’s betterment. SureTrust’s workforce is a majority of outsourced agents trained to
effectively close marketing deals. They are currently given incentives based on their quotas.
However, devising other better and more compensating promotion and incentive schemes
might improve their performance, thus, improving the company’s income-generating
capability.
As of now, SureTrust Autohub Cebu enjoys the comfort of novitiate, not directly feeling
the impact of competition among other autohubs, but, surely, its performance goes beyond
what it is expected to do so. With its current setup, SureTrust Autohub Cebu had gone farther
leaps and expected to do more by improving its information system management that could
help in better decision-making, marketing, and even in client management. In the next two
years, SureTrust Autohub will be a leading innovator in marketing and would be engaged in
providing other related services like luxury cars selling, in-house financing, and others.
