One of the better mobile banking apps. Transferring

money between accounts as well as sending money
through Zelle is Pawless. Also enables you to
pause/resume your debit and credit cards. My only
complaint is Erica, if i want to talk to customer ser-
vice, don't ask me 20 questions, just connect me.

another update and Bill Pay feature continues to be a

total embarrassment. try to update a scheduled pay-
ment and when the ui gets to be a mess attempt to
cancel the edit. the braindead app cancels the sched-
uled payment. BoA needs to hire some competent

Signs of bad programming, with lazy "Xxes." When

starting the app, it may say "Your device is running
developer options that may cause the BofA app to
not work properly. Please go to your device Settings
and turn developer options off." This is likely due to
bugs in the BofA app which only manifest...
