• BLS-Flexitanks, are manufactured in a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility and produced in compliance with
the quality standard of ISO 9001 management system, Materials, Installation & Training and Rail impact test in
accordance with COA Flexitank Code of Practice.

• BLS-Flexitank is produced under the strict compliance of quality standard and quality food-grade materials that
assures contaminations free product.

• BLS –Flexitanks are produced in compliance with Kosher and Halal requirement.

• BLS-Flexitank production unit is accredited with Food Safety Management System ISO 22000:2005 .

• The BLS-Flexitank & all its components are free from detergent and odour.
• FL104 liquid liners used in flexitanks are free from heavy metal, nitrate and phthalate contents.

• The BLS-Flexitank and all its components are manufactured using FDA approved and EU compliant raw materials.

• The BLS-Flexitank is produced with the liquid liner which complies with the overall migration requirement as
recorded in the European Guidelines (89/109/EEC-82/711/EEC and amendments (93/8/EEC-97/48/EEC)-

BULKHEAD ARRANGEMENT WITH CORREX BOARD AND PP FRAME

PP Frame secures bottom discharge valve

1. 3” Ball ball valve is assembled with special flange with
the steel plate inside has been specially designed to suit
wide range of liquid commodities.

2. The valve is hermetically tight when closed and has

specially designed for free flow of liquid during filling and
discharge of liquid.

3. Material : Polypropylene food grade and anti-corrosive.

7. Eight pieces stainless steel bolts embedded into the

flange which prevents liquid metal contact.

8. The valve handle is tamperproof and its self locking

mechanism prevents inadvertent movement of the valve
handle.
