Activity 3-A: Students’Personality

My pupils are very sweet, nice to me and also to everybody. They are disciplined inside and out

the room. Theyknow how to respect people, greet everybody when they meet. They show love and care

to everyone; they know how to share their foods and things to their classmates, give papers, letting to

borrow their pencils and erasers. They never forget the rules inside the room; they know how to say sorry

if they do something wrong. They are very responsible in their own things and to the give task before

leaving the classroom.they are always keep in touch to you. They are actively participating in any

activities inside or outside the classroom.

Inspired of all the characters, we cant blame that they are too noisy or naughty because they are

still a kid. Always days dreaming, wondering, want to try some things, and explore. They always want to

color story book even if it is not needed. Sometimes there is a time you can’t handle them because of

their perks of being a kid.

Activity 3-B: Students Socio-Economic Profile

As I observed the socio- economic profile of the Grade III- MOLAVE are parted into two classes

the above standard and the below standard in living. Few of the profile of my pupils are in the above

standard in living. As I observed to them they are just only Grade III pupils but they are using cellular

phones and tablet . Sharing stories about their favourite cartoons. Sharing their new toys. In termof recess

time, except their biscuits and juice they have extra money. In terms of transportation going to school,

they have car of tricycle to go to school while majority of the class has below standards in living. They

are the one who lack of financially support. When we are having an art work these students is the one

who don’t not bring materials. I was able to request to those who have extra materials give the

importunate one. These also the pupils who always don’t have pencil and paper. They are not selfish,

when they knew that there was no food one of their classmates they share their food.

Activity 4-A: Classroom Management

Classroom management is an important component in any education setting. The teacher is the

manager with enough skills to managed classroom. Classroom lies on the skills of teacher. A well-

manage classroom did not get well-managed without a teacher who planned. Classroom management

is very hard part on teaching especially in Elementary school it requires several things. The pupils need

given more attention where in with different types of personalities that will make the classroom difficult to

manage. The teacher must be aware and attentive on her pupils.

As for my Cooperating Teacher Ma’am Lorraine J. Magdaraog , discipline and respect to each

other is very important in her classroom. She acts like a professional teacher. She ensure that everyone

has equal treatment to each and everyone and has a special treatment to her 3 special pupils. She is the

authority inside the classroom but also a mother to her pupils. Ma’am Lorraine is strict when the lesson

is ongoing. She always wanted that all her pupils were listening to her and all eyes only on her. She will

not start her lesson until everybody not ready to listen. Sbe caught her pupil’s attention because of her

loud voice, jolly personality and using effective different strategies. Even though the class are noisy she

can handle it easily. She managed her class very well and easily because of her nice personality even if

she look like a terror teacher but It is opposite that’s why her pupils love her so much. She ensure that

everyone will do their work. She is very firm in giving instruction. She delivered her lessons very smoothly.

The teacher and pupils are comfortable to teach and learn because of having well managed and

organized classroom. Contains of members of electric fan, light and comport room for the pupils. It also

has different instructional materials and updated bulletin. It is good and clean environment for the learning

of pupils. Teacher Lorraine has very good skills in managing classroom. She is a role model to all the

teachers.
