1. Always keep the house in a clean and tidy

condition.
2. Turn off the wall switches and the hood
switches when not in use.
3. Residual oil and food from cooking should
be not be disposed into the sink.
4. The kitchen cabinet should always be in a
dry state to prevent rotting.
5. Freezer cold setting should be set at a
maximum of 2.
6. Do not overload the washing machine with
clothes.
7. The water heater wall switch should be
turned on 10 minutes prior to usage.
8. No smoking is allowed in the house.
9. Any damage to the house or items, please
report to the owner immediately.
