Summer Internship Program Details

Company: Kantar IMRB, Pune

Project Title: Understanding the process of market research with reference to customer satisfaction.

Duration: 3.5 months (19th Feb, 2018 to 25th May, 2018)

Description:
 Collection of primary data from the target segment as prescribed by the respective clients which
included all the steps from calling up a client to collection of relevant data.
 Learnt how to interact and convince people for the interviews by approaching them directly and
make them understand about the purpose of collecting data.
 Purpose of the exercise was to collect data on customer satisfaction of various clients of Kantar
IMRB.
 Successfully completed eight projects by collecting valuable data for the company and conducted
around 250 interviews.
 The whole exercise gave me good insight into the market research process.

 Worked as an intern in Sales for 1 Month (30 Days) at Pinnacle Honda Showroom, Honda Cars Ind Ltd.
Asansol (W.B) in 2015.

Description:

 Had a great experience to work as an intern in the reputed automobile company showroom. Learnt
how to deal with the customers by interacting with them, able to have a holistic view about the
marketing strategies of Honda Cars.

 Learnt that persistent efforts pay good results. Improved my inter-personal skills by handling
customers by meeting them in person and understood various segments and pricing strategies of
Honda cars.

 Awarded certificate for Excel sales distribution under Global Employability Programme 2014.

 Awarded certificate for training in MS Excel under CMC Academy, Kolkata in 2014.
