(Pvt) Limited.

About the Company

Firhaj Footwear (Pvt.) Limited is part of one the biggest conglomerates of Pakistan, Umar Group of
Companies, consisting of diverse businesses including Textiles ( Weaving and Spinning ), Power
Generation, Footwear Manufacturing/Retail, Leather Manufacturing, Leather Garments, Dairy and
Construction.

Firhaj is the only approved vendor of Wolverine World Wide in Pakistan and has the manufacturing,
distribution and marketing license for global brands Hush Puppies and Caterpillar in Pakistan, operating
through its 65 company-operated retail stores and vast wholesale network across Pakistan.

Firhaj Footwear (Pvt.) Ltd. was established and incorporated in 1989. Since then it is engaged in designing,
manufacturing and marketing of shoes in the local and export market. Firhaj is also one of the major
exporters of footwear in the country, exporting shoes to all major European Brands like El Corte Inglus,
Next, Clarks, U.S. Polo, Wrangler and many others.

 Be Extremely sharp, driven, energetic

 Have a zeal to learn and grow constantly
 Have exceptional communication skills- verbal and written
 Be a good Project Manager
 Ensure progress and success measurements of different projects
 Be a Relationship-Builder/ Team-Builder; he/she should be able to build strong relationships
with the team and hence get a chance to anticipate any issues or opportunities in the business
and bring them forward
 Ensure delegation and prioritization of tasks/projects of the Director
  Should be good with research
 Should be a decision-facilitator
 Should be good with logistics of managing the various projects/commitments of the Director
 Should be able to ensure full discretion of all of the Director’s Projects

Qualification and Experience Requirement

 At least Bachelors in either Management, Marketing, Business Administration or Social Sciences

 Experience requirement is 0-1 year
