About Me
A Wife, Mother and a Strategic Enterprise Project Management leader that brings significant experience in
operations, portfolio management and customer success. In my recent role I managed a global
multidisciplinary team responsible for GuidingCare® implementation service delivery and customer
support. Prior to joining Altruista in 2018, I was responsible for the development of commercial,
government and international implementation methodologies for enterprise healthcare systems and
platform technologies in the United States and Middle East. I earned a master’s in business administration
in information technology project management from the University of Texas at Dallas and my
undergraduate degree in marketing from Stephen F. Austin State University. I am a Lean Six Sigma Master
Black Belt and a certified revenue cycle representative.
