DESCRIPTION
Weekly Check (WK) must be carried out every seven (7) days together with a Daily Check (DL) by a licensed technician and licensed inspector.
After the service has been executed, the service must be recorded in the Flight Book, noting the base, date of execution and signature of the
Inspector.
2. Clean exposed surface of left main landing gear strut piston with a cloth moistened with MIL-H-
5606 hydraulic fluid and wipe with dry cloth. Check x-dimension extension on strut piston to verify
that piston is not flat. (Source Boeing Task Card 12-021-12-01 MPD B12-21-11-L-1).
3. Clean exposed surface of right main landing gear strut piston with a cloth moistened with MIL-H-
5606 hydraulic fluid and wipe with dry cloth. Check x-dimension extension on strut piston to verify
that piston is not flat. (Source Boeing Task Card 12-021-12-02 MPD B12-21-11-L-2).
4. Clean exposed surface of the nose landing gear strut piston with a cloth moistened with MIL-H-5606
hydraulic fluid and wipe with dry cloth. Check x-dimension extension on strut piston to verify that
piston is not flat. (Source Boeing Task Card 12-021-21-01 MPD B12-21-21-A).
5. Apply brakes and visually check left and right main landing gear wear pin for minimum extension.

6. Visually check that the tail skid crushable cartridge decal is intact (no strike occurred). (Source
Boeing Task Card 32-071-00-01MPD B32-71-00-A).
8. Check the flight crew and passenger cabin seats for condition.
9. Operationally check the takeoff warning system (engines not running). Accomplished to comply with
AD 88-22-09. (Source Boeing Task Card 31-026-03-01 MPD B31-26-00-5D).
10. Check aircraft log book. Make sure all write-ups have been cleared or deferred by authorized
personnel only.
11. Install the Pitots covers in adverse environmental conditions (sand, smoke, ashes.) or if the aircraft
will be on the ground more than 3 hours, “DON’T FORGET REMOVE BEFORE FLIGHT”.

12. Check the RVSM required systems
13. FINALS
13.1 Previous to aircraft delivery, inspect Pitot tubes and Static ports for any obstruction of damage.
13.2 On the Flight and Maintenance LogBook write down the discrepancies and their corrective
actions performed.
If a component is removed or installed, write down its Part Number, Serial Number, Position (IN-
OUT) and the reason for removal or installation.
If one or more conditions are observed, in accordance with MGM, an Airworthiness Release
signature on the logbook will be required.
NOTE: Once this Weekly check form has been completed, please sign off the Weekly check
accomplishment on the Flight and Maintenance logbook.
13.3 Verify that the Flight and Maintenance LogBook is on board.
