Details:

a. Updates

 Name of Association will be Villa Alessandra Homeowners Association, Incorporated (VAHA)


o Needs to be registered to HLURB within May 2019
o Documents for HLURB registration are being prepared and will be completed

 Gate post has been casted in developer’s Minglanilla site, steel gates will also be fabricated
in Minglanilla, and however, they had a problem with the power for their welding needs.
They are still applying for a line with VECO.

 MCWD takes a long time, developer made a follow-up last week but request submitted was
transferred to another department. Will keep everyone posted as soon as an update is given
by developer.

b. By-laws

 By-laws have been created and copies will be prepared for board members’ signature.

 A copy has been posted in website and facebook page for everyone’s reference.

c. Committee Members

 As indicated in the by-laws, committees will be formed, here are the committees and
assigned persons:
o Code and Crime Enforcement (Ted Aguanta Jr. and Amor Labine)
o Grievance (Julie Lim and Cherry Lou Baran)
o Membership (Neliona Baliguat and Cherryl Sayson)
o Public Relations/ Newsletters (Eddie Labiste and Cherry Lou Baran)
o Adhoc (Maintenance) (Bong Maranan and Mr. Ortega)

 Committee in-charge will create one’s resolutions/ guidelines/ implementing rules and
regulations and will be submitted to the President on or before May 11, 2019 (Saturday).

d. General Meeting

 A General Meeting will be conducted to be attended by all Homeowners on May 18, 2019
(Saturday) at 8:00pm.

 Agenda will be the following:


o By-laws signing
o Discussion on initial contribution (for HLURB registration)
o Effectivity of association (targeted on June 2019)
o Others
