It is my pleasure to recommend Danielle Anderson for the Early Head Start parent educator.
I have known Danielle since 2006 when we met after she enrolled her infant at Bear Buddies
Child Development Center where I was an infant teacher. Over the last 12 years, we have been
co-workers and supervisors at Bear Buddies.
Danielle is honest, dependable and incredibly hard working. She goes above and beyond what
is asked or required of her. She is an excellent problem solver who can address complex issues
with confidence and skill through strategizing the situation. She has exceptional
communication skills with her co- workers and parents of the child care center. She is not
intimidated by challenges. She faces those head on working on a solution that is favorable to
all parties involved. Danielle is highly knowledgeable with all the state licensing rules and
regulations and the company policies. She follows them as written.
Danielle is a team player. She always manages to stimulate good work ethics in her co-
workers, also bringing out the best in them. She manages to stimulate positive discussions
when in staff meetings or trainings.
I would highly recommend Danielle for the family educator with the Head Start program. I
know she would be a beneficial asset and addition to the families in the program.
