TRAINING, SKILLS,
KNOWLEDGE AND ATTITUDES

All ATMAAC security officers hold current security

industry licences which are appropriate for the
jurisdiction in which they are employed, and all have
completed the required Nationally Recognised,
competency based training courses.

ATMAAC Passport
Further to the minimum qualifications; ATMAAC,
through its RTO and Training division, offers its
staff a variety of other internal training programmes
to enhance their professional development.
This program is called the ATMAAC Passport.
The ATMAAC Passport is designed to reward staff
loyalty and to enhance the guard’s capabilities.

Our staff also enjoy the benefit of regular in-house

seminars and workshops aimed at increasing their
awareness, motivation levels and performance. These
sessions are conducted on a monthly basis.

All of our staff receive site-specific training and

induction prior to working on any site. This includes
an introduction to the site, familiarisation with the
site’s SOP’s, and an introduction to the site specific
emergency management procedures.
 MOBILE PATROLS / ALARM RESPONSE /
ACCESS CONTROL

Mobile Patrols
ATMAAC International has established a
mobile patrol division that is successfully
operating within all capital cities and
residential locations around Australia.
ATMAAC can provide both internal and
external patrols of your premises. We can
provide daily lock up and open up services,
let-in and let-out services, and can conduct
patrols at designated times when required.
In the event that your venue is robbed or
vandalised, an ATMAAC patrol officer will
respond to the site and remain on site to
protect your premises until a static guard and
/or locksmith can be arranged.

Alarm Response
ATMAAC International is a registered Alarm
Monitoring Bureau and we service over 500
client groups. All of our clients have come to
expect a very high level of service including
particularly quick response times, no matter
where their sites are located.
Dispatch Centre
ATMAAC International has a designated
Dispatch Centre located in our HQ at
Homebush Bay, Sydney. The Dispatch Centre
controls all alarm responses and mobile
patrols on a National level. The Dispatch
Centre operates 24/7. We utilise a highly
advanced Patrol and Response Management
System which allows the trained operators to
manage the response from when it is received
to its completion.
Access Control
Whether you require professional staff to
manage access control at your premises;
or you require advice on managing access
control, or the supply and installation
of an access control system; ATMAAC

Firearms
In the interests of possessing the ability
to meet all of our client’s security needs,
ATMAAC International has the ability to
provide security officers who are trained
and competent in the use and carriage of
firearms.
Each of these officers are carefully
recruited and interviewed by a member
of the ATMAAC Management Team prior
to being selected as a candidate for
armed duties. All staff have successfully
completed the appropriate, endorsed
training courses, and have been licensed
in accordance with the relevant regulatory
body in their respective State or Territory
to perform armed security duties.
Dog Handling
ATMAAC International employs a team of
qualified and experienced security dog
handlers. All of our security dog handlers
possess experience with, and certification
by State and /or Commonwealth law
enforcement agencies and /or the Military.
These personnel also possess substantial
security industry experience, and have
the ability to work within a broad range of
security environments.
Immediate Response Unit (IRU)
ATMAAC International has within its ranks
an Immediate Response Unit (IRU). The IRU
is a small group of highly trained security
professionals who are equipped and
mandated to react to serious incidents and
other emergencies at short notice. These
personnel are selected from military and
law enforcement backgrounds and possess
extensive operational experience. They
remain on-call to respond to emergency
situations that could potentially jeopardise
the safety, security, image, liability or
effective operations of our clients.
Technology (CCTV)

ATMAAC International’s technology division can

assist you with all of your technology based security
needs. We only employ the most experienced and
knowledgeable technicians who ensure that they are
aware of the most up to date technologies available to
