REGISTERED OFFICE AGREEMENT

1. Provisions under Section 142 of the Singapore Companies Act, Cap. 50

A company shall as from the date of its incorporation have a registered office within Singapore to which
all communications and notices may be addressed and which shall be open and accessible to the public
for not less than 3 hours during ordinary business hours on each day, Saturdays, weekly and public
holidays excepted.

If default is made in complying with this section, the company and every officer of the company who
is in default shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding $5,000
and also to a default penalty.

2. Our office address at 1003 Bukit Merah Central #06-07 Singapore 159836 has been used by the
Company, HEALTH TECHNOLOGY CORPORATION PTE. LTD. as the Registered Address with
effect from date of incorporation mainly to comply with Section 142 of the Companies Act.

3. The Registered Address should not be used as correspondence address for the Company’s business
dealings with the Company’s business associates /or any third parties.

4. Whilst every endeavour is made to ensure all mails received at the Registered Address are redirected
to our notified address, ABSOLUTE CORPORATE SOLUTIONS PTE. LTD. disclaims any liability
for any loss or damage that may be caused as a result of non receipt of the redirected mails under
circumstances beyond our control.
