Himanshu

He was born in Mathura birth place of absolute yogi lord Krishna. His persona is largely inspired by the
teachings of Srimadhbahgvad Gita : the fountainhead of Indian yogic philosophy. He is a qualified yoga teacher
and earned his PhD (karma yoga) in yogic science. His body of experience touches ends of yogic spectrum for
last 9 years as an academician, therapist, mentor, confidante, friend, resource person in different modalities of
yoga. Teaching yoga to people seeking respite from highly stressed lifestyle and equipping them with socio-
sciento-spiritual advancement tools. To his credit on this path of yoga he has been a resource person for yoga
and meditation workshops in international conferences, refresher programs, conducted various month long
Therapeutic yoga camps for general public as an expert. he worked with hospitals, univeristies, hotels studios as
yoga exper. Presently he is extending his services in different teacher training schools as Senior Yoga Teacher
for last two years in various reputed schools in capital of yoga rishikesh.
