Organization Facebook Post

Facebook Page:
We do not currently have a Facebook (FB) page for Cardinal Stritch University Res Life.
However, I am in the process of creating one with the approval of our marketing department. It
has been a slow process; I will share a link once the page is live. FB should be used to promote
events, to connect residents, and to cultivate community.

Recommendations:
● The page must adhere to the Stritch style guide.
● All logos used for profile pictures or cover photos must be approved by the marketing
department.
● Photos from all Res Life events (RA-planned floor events, CDA-planned all-hall events,
Student Life events that residents attend, etc.) should be included on the page, along
with information about each event to engage students and show our offerings.
● Publicity from previous events should be shown on the FB page so students can see
past offerings and to create continuity between FB and the halls of campus.
● The publicity for a single event should be the same no matter where it is seen to promote
brand continuity.
● Posts must be concise so that students read the information.
● Res Life should post at least once per week, with marketing recommending 3 posts per
week to really engage students.

If you're already over this whole Wisconsin winter thing, ​join Res Life​ this
Saturday, December 1 from 12:30-3:30 PM for our FREE trip to the Mitchell Park
Domes! ​The Domes is one of Milwaukee's top tourist attractions, featuring three 
7-story, fully enclosed glass domes, each of which showcases a themed horticulture 
(plant life) exhibit.

We know your dorm room says something about you, and we want to celebrate
your "den" here at Stritch! Join us to "show off your den" to fellow residents (and
win some awesome prizes, too)! More information can be found ​here​.
Not interested in showing off your room? Stop by Clare Lobby to grab a ballot and
vote for your favorite dorms. We'll also have snacks and activities, so make plans
to join the fun!

Coloring in college?? Yes, please! Stritch residents got crafty making Valentine’s Day 
cards for friends, family, significant others, or maybe even their favorite Res Life staff
