This  year  we’re  calling  for  entries  to  our  super  snack  and  sandwich  competition.  Entry  is  open  to  
current  members  of  Healthy  Kids  Association  in  the  following  two  categories:  
 
o Sensational  Sandwiches  
o Sell  out  Snacks

  Terms  &  Conditions  
  1. Recipes  that  d o  not  comply  w ith  the  Fresh  Tastes  @  School  Strategy  or  the  National  
  Healthy  School  Canteens  Strategy  w ill  not  be  considered.  
  2. Schools  can  only  enter  one  recipe  per  category.    
  3. Nomination  forms  must  be  received  via  fax,  email  or  post  by  5pm  on  Friday  1 9th  
December  2014.  Late  nominations  w ill  not  be  accepted.  
  4. Healthy  Kids  Association  reserves  the  right  not  to  select  a  winner  of  a  category  if  there  
  are  no  suitable  applicants.    
  5. The  judging  panel’s  decision  is  final.  
  6. Applications  may  be  used  in  Healthy  Kids  Association’s  w ritten  or  online  publications  to  
  promote  the  awards  and  showcase  schools  successes.    
7. Finalists  may  be  contacted  in  order  for  Healthy  Kids  to  find  out  more  about  the  recipe.  
 
8. Finalists  must  be  available  to  attend  the  2015  Healthy  Kids  Food  Exhibition  and  Training        
  Day  where  their  travel  w ill  be  reimbursed.
