1. REVIEW OF CFTTI PAST TRANSACTIONS THRU FINANCIAL
STATEMENTS
FISCAL YEARS - FIRST YEAR OCT. 20 2015 - SEPT 30,
2016 ;
SECOND YEAR OCT. 1, 2016 - SEPT. 30, 2017;
THIRD YEAR OCT. 1, 2017 - SEPT. 30, 2018;
Interim Period Fourth Year Oct. 1, 2018 - April 30, 2019
a) It is expected that Ms. Margie Diton has retrieved all disbursements
related to CFTTI from FnK MANCOM funds disbursements fund / and those fund releases coming from MNAK personal MBTC accounts ( usually for payroll for Mam Melissa Remorosa, Ms. Narcisa Gemperoa, Ms. Mary Grace Monin and Sir Wilberto Rosende). b) Supporting Schedules must be attached for every Balance Sheet Account which shall show the details such as dates/ amounts/ justifications ( for example of the Loans taken)
c) Review shall be done individually first then group discussion ( anytime
between May 1st - 4th).
d) Analysis of past events shall become the basis for PROJECTED
INCOME GENERATING ACTIVITIES which should generate funds to pay for payroll, rent and misc. operations overhead.
f) Each Staff has INCOME GENERATING TASKS already but it is in
the failure of accounting the time spent for other companies' tasks which causes misdeclaration of expenses. To correct this negligence, MNAK will no longer approve nor release payroll for CFTTI ( and other companies) if the time spent is not accounted on a daily basis then summarized upon payroll.
2. PREPARATION OF PROJECTED INCOME GENERATING
ACTIVITIES by all CFTTI STAFF for the period May 01, 2019 - September 30, 2019.
a) Primary Location is the Basak Campus, where the need to transfer
principal address shall be done after the B.o.T. meeting this May 9, 2019.
b) Proposal of Fund Requirements shall be presented during the May
9th, B.o.T meeting.
