    !!!! Macros were not enabled.

    Please follow the Steps below:

    *** A - If you see an Options Button above the sheet go to 1A below:


    If there is not an Options button, CLICK HERE to go to "*** B".

    1A - Press the button as indicated by the arrow below.

    2A - Then select as indicated below, and press the OK button.


    3A - Proceed as indicated in the instructions.

    *** B - If the tool bar appears similar to below (with no Option button) go to 1B
    If Not Click Here to go to "*** C"

    1B - Exit and re-enter this spreadsheet, as part of opening the file please make sure you select the Enable Macro button

    *** C - If the tool bar appears similar to the picture in 1C, go to 1C.
    If not please inquire how to enable macros in your version of Excel.

    1C - Select Tools -> Macro -> Security (See below)


    2C - Then select Medium (See below)

    3C - Exit this spreadsheet


    4C - Re-enter spreadsheet, Select enable macros (See below)
    If you are just entering this form
    and have not enabled macros,
    follow instructions on the left. If you
    have made your Lecturer
    selections, SAVE THE
    DOCUMENT AS YOUR SECTION
    NAME ( example: Moscow.xls ),
    exit this form.
    ou select the Enable Macro button as indicated below:
