Quantitative model for Candidate selection

1. Firstly, we need to categorize each assembly constituency in 4 categories:


a. Strong
b. Favourable
c. Battleground
d. Difficult

2. These can be done based on:


a. Caste combination of that assembly constituency (favouring the party)
b. Retrospective analysis of assembly constituency
c. Voting trends of that assembly constituency
d. Voting margined for win or loss

3. Fixing criteria for candidate selection in each assembly constituency

4. Inviting application form party cadre who are willing to contest for MLA/MP

5. Shortlisting candidate includes


a. Assigning task of his own team building, asking to submit details of 10 person per booth
who will work for him in next election. (Details like Name, Number, AC, Booth No., UID
Number & Voter ID Number)
b. Observing active participation of candidate
c. Assigning target in running campaign and their performance
d. Analysing candidate’s public connect
e. Evaluating candidate’s influence in assembly and voters support
f. Analysing social media presence of candidate (facebook page, twitter handel, whatsapp
groups)

6. Screening and selection of MLA/MP candidate will be performed who successfully overcome
from these above mention hurdles.
