U želji da saznamo šta ga čini tako jedinstvenim,
svoje mjesto pronašli smo za barom gdje The Living
Room pustolovina počinje. Planirali smo da popijemo
jedno piće, nego, uvidjeli smo da se ovdje takva
situacija ne događa. Jer, kad dođete u dnevnu sobu,
zapravo ste došli kući. Ostali smo nekoliko sati,
isprobavajući, uživajući, spoznavajući.
Najveću znatiželju nam je probudila najviša polica na
baru sa koje su se u svojim jedinstveno dizajniranim
flašama ponosno isticali najprestižniji brendovi
viskija.
The Living Room ima najbolju selekciju viskija
koju smo do sad vidjeli u Crnoj Gori, preko
50 vrsta, a među njima se pored nezaobilaznih
Škotskih Glenfiddich, Macallan, Highland Park,
Lagavulin mogu naći i niz vrlo rijetkih koji dolaze
sa istoka: Hibiki iz Japana, Kavalan sa Tajvana i
Paul John iz Indije. Viskiji sa istoka a posebno iz
Japana su posljednjih godina apsolutni hit u svijetu
i prava je rijetkost da se nađu u ponudi nekog bara
na našim prostorima.
Tako je, na primjer, u posljednjih deset godina
Hibiki osvojio osam nagrada za najbolji Blended
viski na svijetu, a posebnost duguje odležavanju
u pet vrsta buradi među kojima je Mizunara,
japansko drvo koje mora da raste 200 godina da
bi dostiglo veličinu dovoljnu za eksploataciju u
burad.

Mizunara je japansko drvo koje su destilerije koristile
u vrijeme drugog svjetskog rata kada distribucija
evropskog i američkog hrasta nije bila moguća.
Rezultati koje su Japanci ostvarili sa ovim
eksperimentalnim i prinuđenim rješenjem bili su
nevjerovatni (arome cvijeća tropskog voća, citrusa).
Danas se Mizunara burad smatraju luksuzom i
cijena im je i do deset puta veća nego američkom i
evropskom hrastu.
CentreVille Hotel & Experiences bio je organizator
prvog sajma viskija u Crnoj Gori, na kojem je
predstavljeno preko 120 vrsta viskija. Gosti sajma su
pored degustacija mogli učestvovati na radionicama
eminentnih regionalnih stručnjaka iz ove oblasti, koji
su publici predstavili čari najpoznatijeg škotskog
pića, objasnili postupak proizvodnje, ali i naučili
zainteresovane kako viski upariti sa hranom.
Nakon izuzetnog uspjeha se u obnovljenom ruhu
organizovao ponovo 2019. godine, dok nas treće
izdanje očekuje u februaru 2020.
Koktel listom The Living Room-a dominira 16
signature koktela, koji su već zauzeli prvo mjesto u
vrhu liste najboljih u Glavnom gradu. Da kvalitet
nema alternativu pokazuje to da baze za koktele čine
prestižni brendovi kao što su Woodford Reserve,
Hennessy, Hendrick’s Gin, Pepe Lopez tekila i
Finlandia vodka. Naša topla, ili bolje rečeno hladna
preporuka je TLR Old Fashion, zatim Whisky sour,
Cucumber cooler, i Maestro.
Uz ovoliko degustacije pića, ogladnjeli smo, te smo
odlučili probati i specijalitete šefa kuhinje hotela
CentreVille, Saše Popovića. Odlučili smo se za mladu
prasetinu koja se sous vide tehnikom pripremala
čitavih 72 sata. Kako je istakao šef kuhinje, sva jela
su nastala kao kombinacija crnogorske tradicionalne
kuhinje i savremenih tehnika pripreme i serviranja.
Noć smo završili laganim Almond Rock dezertom u
formi sladoled-kolača.
The Living Room je naša topla preporuka. Nebitno

Prostirući se na površini od preko 230m², naša
najveća sala sa prozorima od poda do plafona
pruža prirodnu dnevnu svjetlost. Za večernje

Sale za sastanke

opisuju naše sale za sastanke. Imamo tri prostora na
raspologanju, svaki od njih osvijetljen je prirodnim
dnevnim svjetlom i može da primi do osam ljudi.
Široki TV ekran, multi-socket utikači i telefon za
konferencijske pozive, bežični internet - nude svu
povezanost koja vam je potrebna. Sve sale mogu biti
spojene da bi stvorile veći prostor za sastanke za do
50 osoba dok funkcija ogromnog predsoblja služi
kao područje za odmor nakon zaslužene pauze za
kafu.
Konferencijske sale
Ovi višenamjenski prostori mogu biti postavljeni
u različitim stilovima i savršeni su za korišćenje
prilikom konvencija, press konferencija ili pak
manjih vjenčanja. Dostupna su dva prostora, jedan
od 60m² sposoban za ugošćavanje do 40 osoba, a
drugi sa površinom od 105m2 za smještaj do 90
gostiju u teatar postavci. Čaj i kafe-pauze mogu biti
posluženi u sali ili u prostranom predsoblju izvan.
Hotelski restoran
Ovo elegantno mjesto ističe neformalnu
sofisticiranost. Zidove i namještaj odlikuju neutralni
tonovi sive boje koji su ukomponovani sa svijetlim
umjetničkim radovima, cvijetnim aranžmanima i
drvenim podovima. Stolovi mogu biti dekorisani
prema vašoj temi, a kuhinja je opremljena da
posluži švedski sto ili jela po narudžbi. To je idealno
mjesto za održavanje svečanog doručka, večere ili
ekskluzivnog lansiranja proizvoda. Može ugostiti do
100 ljudi.

Penthaus
Ovaj apartman dostojan je predsjednika. Mogli
bismo čak reći i kraljevske porodice. Po ulasku,
odmah vas dočekuju raskošne sofe, veliki sto za
kafu i TV. Nakon ovog slijedi veliki sto za ručavanje
koji može primiti do 16 gostiju, koncertni klavir,
dnevna soba, barski sto i kuhinja. Pravi dragulj
u kruni ovog apartmana je prostrana terasa koja
se može pohvaliti sa jednim od najnevjerojatnijih
pogleda na grad.
Terasa na vrhu hotela
Pored penthaus apartmana, njegova terasa
je najtraženije mjesto u Podgorici. Izuzetno
glamurozna, pruža pogled na zapanjujuću pozadinu
podgoričkog planinskog pejzaža danju, a noću se
pretvara u čarobno mesto - osvijetljeno zvijezdama.
Ovdje možete organizovati večeru, koktele ili
vjenčanje za pamćenje. Ne postoji ideja koju rooftop

The Signature Lounge
Signature Lounge ekskluzivno je mjesto koje se
nalazi na 5. spratu hotela. Ovdje možete uživati
u odabiru grickalica, zakuski i alkoholnih pića u
privatnom ambijentu salona i restorana. Terasa
pruža savršeno mjesto za uživanje u jutarnjoj kafi

Galerija je neformalno mjesto smješteno na prvom
spratu između sala za sastanke i konferencijskih

Kako je počelo tvoje CentreVille
iskustvo?
Lazar: Prijatelj mi je hotel CentreVille
predstavio kao mjesto koje nudi
mladim ljudima mogućnost da
napreduju i usavršavaju se. Takođe,
kroz razgovor sa njim shvatio sam da
hotel nudi brojne pozicije na kojima
bih mogao da radim pa sam odlučio
da porazgovaram sa menadžerom
koji mi je predložio poziciju na kojoj
i danas radim.
Bojan: CentreVille iskustvo je počelo
malo prije 26. septembra 2016.
godine kada je, zvanično, bio moj
prvi dan na poslu. Nakon saznanja
da će kod nas početi sa radom
hotel iz “H” grupacije, bez previše
razmišljanja sam poslao svoj CV.
Nakon dva intervjua, uslijedio je
poziv za posao.
Kako izgleda tvoj radni dan?
Lazar: Nijedan dan nije isti. Ono
što je isto jeste naša organizacija
i želja da posao uradimo najbolje
što možemo. S obzirom na to da
svakog dana u hotelu odsijedaju
novi ljudi sa njima dolaze i nova
pitanja i novi zahtjevi na koje se
trudimo da odgovorimo najbolje
što možemo. Zavisno od smjene
koju radim, ukoliko je u pitanju
prva smjena onda radni dan počinje
od nule. Paljenjem svjetla počinju
moje poslovne obaveze, priprema
kafemata, postavljanje naziva na
švedskom stolu... Dolaskom prvih
gostiju moramo biti spremni da

odgovorimo na njihove zahtjeve,
što nam je najvažnije. Zadovoljstvo
mojih gostiju za mene predstavlja
uspjeh, stoga svakog dana dajem sve
od sebe.
Bojan: Radni dan na poziciji
referenta za nabavke se sastoji
uglavnom od sljedećih aktivnosti:
naručivanje robe, unos fakture,
kontrola magacina, prijem robe,
izdavanje robe iz centralnog
magacina, obrada transfera kroz
sistem, prikupljanje određenih
ponuda, koordinacija sa kolegama i
dobavljačima oko različitih stvari,
pravljenje trebovanja za centralni
magacin i slično.
Da li je titula radnika godine čast,
odgovornost ili oboje?
Lazar: Ja važim za jednog od
najmlađih radnika u hotelu
CentreVille. Biti izabran za najboljeg
radnika godine od toliko zaposlenih
za mene je ogromna čast i uspjeh,
ali ništa manja i odgovornost. Moj
dosadašnji rad doveo me je do te
titule, moj rad u budućnosti mora da
opravda to zvanje.
Bojan: To što sam ja imao čast da
budem radnik godine, ne znači da
je bilo ko od mojih kolega manje
radio od mene, ili da je u nečemu
lošiji. Prema mom mišljenju,
najjednostavnija definicija ove
pozicije bi bila poznata fraza “prvi
među jednakima”. Sa te strane imam
odgovornost prema svim ostalim
kolegama, bez čije kolegijalnosti
i saradnje, ni ja ne bih mogao da
postignem maksimum u onome
što radim, kao i prema CentreVille
hotelu koji nam je svima zajedno
pružio priliku da se usavršavamo i
da napredujemo. Zbog svega ovoga
titula radnika godine je ujedno čast i
odgovornost.
Zbog čega voliš svoj posao?
Lazar: Pozicija na kojoj radim
nekako je sama došla do mene.
Prihvatio sam je najviše zbog uslova
koji su u tom momentu bili više nego
odgovarajući. Sada, kada se osvrnem
na mojih 18 mjeseci rada vidim da mi
je ovaj posao donio mnogo više od

engleskog jezika, naučio šta znači
timski rad i koliko je važno da svaki
radnik da sve od sebe, shvatio sam
da su rad i trud uvijek nagrađeni.
Upoznao sam mnoge ljude i zatekao
se u situacijama u kojima sam morao
da reagujem brzo i smisleno, stoga
vjerujem da se i moja vještina u ovom
poslu podigla na viši nivo. Znanje
koje sam stekao i još uvijek stičem
svakog dana vjerujem da će mi
mnogo poslužiti u daljoj karijeri.
Takođe sticanjem novog znanja u
ugostiteljstvu u meni se probudila
ambicija da napredujem i svakog
dana sebi postavljam ciljeve koje
želim da ispunim.
Vjerujem da me je ovaj posao učinio
odgovornijom i zrelijom osobom.
Bojan: Posao koji radim je izuzetno
dinamičan. Nijedan dan nije isti kao
prethodni. U toku radnog vremena
primim na desetine telefonskih
poziva i sretnem se sa velikim brojem
ljudi. Pozicija koju pokrivam je takva
da mi je, između ostalog, neophodna
komunikacija sa apsolutno svakim
sektorom u hotelu. To mi je
vjerovatno omogućilo da dosta ljudi
iz hotela vremenom bolje upoznam
i većinu njih danas, ne doživljavam
kao kolege, već kao prijatelje. To
je dovoljan razlog da mogu reći da
volim ovaj posao.

Svaki od nastupa u Crnoj Gori bio je poseban,
mada onaj u hotelu CentreVille najupečatljiviji
jer sam prvi put crnogorskoj publici
predstavila svoju muziku.”
Kad si posljednji put nastupala u Podgorici?
Prošlo je nekoliko godina od kada sam poslednji
put nastupala u Podgorici, kao i u Crnoj Gori
uopšte. Tokom tog perioda bila sam posvećena
radu na albumu “Čudo”, kao i pripremama za
Eurosong na kome sam predstavljala Srbiju 2017.
godine. Generalno, publika u okruženju dugo nije
imala priliku da me čuje. Eto i to se dogodilo u
CentreVille Hotel & Experiences.
Kako si reagovala kad je CentreVille inicirao
pregovore o koncertu?
Tokom leta do mene su stizale informacije da se
moja muzika sluša i voli u Crnoj Gori, zbog čega
me je dodatno obradovao poziv da nastupim u
Podgorici. Čula sam sve najlepše o događajima
koje ljudi iz CentreVille-a organizuju i dopala mi se
ideja da održim akustični koncert baš tu. Od prvog
trenutka kada smo zakazali koncert, pa do samog
koncerta, podjednako sam se radovala. Publika je u
glas pevala pesme sa albuma “Čudo”, taj osećaj je
bio neopisiv, i zaista ću ga dugo pamtiti.
Uspomene sa nastupa, provoda iz Podgorice?
Svaki od nastupa u Crnoj Gori bio je poseban,
mada onaj u hotelu CentreVille najupečatljiviji jer
sam prvi put predstavila svoju muziku. Ranijih
godina susretali smo se dok sam bila deo benda
Vlade Georgieva, kao i dok sam nastupala sa
svojim bendom pevajući najpoznatije strane hitove.
Ovoga puta predstavila sam se kao solista, sa
svojom muzikom, što je za mene, a nadam se i za
sve one koji su tokom koncerta bili sa nama, bilo
jedinstveno iskustvo.

Koliko dugo je “Čudo” nastajalo? Koja pjesma ti je
posebno draga, zbog čega?
Album “Čudo” nastajao je skoro pet godina i
obeležila ga je saradnja sa sjajnim kompozitorom
i producentom Dušanom Alagićem, koji je bio deo
koncerta u CentreVille-u. Često kroz šalu kažem da
se od albuma “Čudo” odustajalo i ponovo mu se
vraćalo, ali od trenutka kada je izašao, do danas,
znam da je svaki uloženi trud i napor vredeo. Do
svih nas koji smo učestvovali u njegovom nastajanju
stižu samo najlepši komentari, a ja sam jako
ponosna što su ljudi prepoznali poruke i emociju
koju smo želeli da im prenesemo. Muzički kritičari
kažu da je na album “Čudo” objedinjen rad troje
trenutno najboljih autora u Srbiji: Dušana Alagića,
Aleksandre Milutinović i Baneta Opačića, a najviše
me raduje činjenica da su sve pesme “zaživele” i da
smo zajedno uspeli da na regionalnu scenu vratimo
pravi, kvalitetni pop zvuk. Nemam omiljenu pesmu,
jer svaku obožavam! :)
Na koju pjesmu sa albuma slušaoci najviše reaguju?
Ako gledamo po YouTube komentarima i
pregledima onda je balada “Hajde onda ništa”
apsolutni favorit, a uz nju idu pesme “Nekako,
nikako”, “Ti imaš pravo”, “Bezuslovno”, “Samo ne
ćuti”... Kao “skriveni” hit poslednjih dana dolazi
nam pesma “U redu”, a uz album su novi život
dobile i numere “Čudo” i “Tražim”. Ljudi mi kažu
da su im moje pesme postale deo svakodnevnog
života, da se uz njih zaljubljuju, pate i vole, a ja
se najviše obradujem kada se pojave oni koji kažu
da žele još ovakve muzike. To pokazuje da imamo
publiku željnu kvaliteta, što nas motiviše da još više
sviramo i stvaramo.

Evropi i drugi u svijetu. Ljepota koja oduzima dah i
rječni brzaci privlače veliki broj ljubitelja ekstremnih
sportova, a sportska aktivnost koja je definitivno
sve prisutnija kako u regionu tako i u cijeloj državi
je kayaking. Onima koji ipak nisu toliko ekstremni
će više prijati vožnja kanuom ili čamcem na najvećoj
pritoci Morače, Zeti, ravničarskoj rijeci koja svojom
smaragdnom bojom i okolinom stvara osjećaj da ste
duboko zašli u prašumu. Kayaking je takođe vrlo
popularan i na Skadarskom jezeru, najvećem jezeru
na Balkanu koje je poznato po bogatstvu flore i faune,
fenomenu kriptodepresije i stanište je rijetkih i ugroženih
vrsta ptica, koje ga čine jedinstvenim u regionu, pa i šire.
Zahvaljujući očuvanom ekosistemu Nacionalni park
„Skadarsko jezero“ je ptičiji raj za 280 vrsta ptica i svake
godine ga posjeti ogroman broj ljubitelja posmatranja
ptica. Slikovita naselja na obali poput Virpazara i
Rijeke Crnojevića svojim izgledom, starim kamenim
građevinama ostavljaju utisak kao da je vrijeme
zaustavljeno prije stotinu godina i da se od tada ništa
nije promijenilo. Skadarsko jezero čuveno je po ovim
ali i drugim priobalnim selima poput Karuča, Dodoša,
Vranjine, Murića i sva ova mjesta odišu izuzetnim
ambijentom, prepoznatljivim po starim ribarskim
kućama, kamenim mostovima i vodenim mlinovima.
Skadarsko jezero sa svojim priobaljem nudi 9 pješačkih
i 2 edukativne staze. Takođe, uređeno je 5 biciklističkih
staza i 2 staze za planinski biciklizam. Skrivene plaže
i kupanje su takođe sastavni dio avanture u ljetnjim
mjesecima. Za potpun doživljaj, u turističkoj ponudi je i
vožnja tradicionalnim drvenim čamcima - čunovima.

Za ljubitelje istorijskih spomenika arheološki lokaliteti
Duklja i Medun nalaze se nedaleko od Podgorice. Na
samo četiri kilometra od centra grada na širokom platou
između rijeka Morače, Zete i Širalije, nalazi se antički
ukras Podgorice, ostaci drevne Dokleje iz prve decenije
prvog vijeka nove ere. Medun se nalazi na oko 12
kilometara sjeveroistočno od Podgorice, u oblasti Kuča.
Poznat je po spomeničkom kompleksu koji čine ostaci
ilirskog grada Meteona i rodna kuća Marka Miljanova,
znamenitog junaka i književnika, danas memorijalni
muzej grada. U samom centru Podgorice nalazi se Stara
varoš - jezgro Podgorice u periodu osmanlijske vlasti u
urbanim i arhitektonskim formama grada, običajima,
načinu života i orijentalnim karakteristikama. Najljepši
primjer arhitekture preostale iz tog perioda je Sahat
kula koja visinom i danas dominira prostorom Stare
Varoši. U neposrednoj blizini nalazi se i čuveni most na
Sastavcima, najstariji most u Podgorici. Smješten je u
srcu Glavnog grada, na ušću Ribnice u Moraču i prema
istorijskim činjenicama nastao je još za vrijeme rimske
vladavine.
Kao oazu u toplim ljetnjim danima i mjesto za rekreaciju
lokalci koriste park šume koje su prisutne u svim
djelovima grada. Nekadašnji zimski dvorac kralja Nikole
I Petrovića okružuje park šuma koja je tokom ljetnjih
mjeseci svojevrsna umjetnička i izložbena scena i jedno
je od omiljenih mjesta sugrađana. Vrlo popularne i
posjećene su takođe i park šume brda Gorice i Ljubovića,
uređene stazama za pješačenje, biciklizam i terenima
za razne sportove, a na Gorici se možete oprobati u
avanturističkom parku. Grad nudi i 13.5 kilometara
biciklističkih staza koje omogućavaju posjetiocima da ga
obiđu na dva točka.
Za one koji vole da uživaju u pejzažima “Krug oko
Korita” je prvi potpuno označen panoramski put u
Crnoj Gori.
Počinje u Podgorici, a vodi u planinsku oblast Kuča
i do same litice čudesnog kanjona Cijevne, ljepotice
nastale iz vječnog snijega Prokletija. Ova ruta je izuzetno
pogodna za jednodnevni izlet. Put je dug 65 kilometara,
dovoljno da se za nekoliko sati ne samo pobjegne
od svakodnevnog života, već i zaroni u jedan sasvim
drugačiji svijet. Kuči su ujedno i dom dva lednička
jezera - Bukumirskog i Rikavačkog, prelijepim i bistrim
draguljima prirode koji se nalaze na preko 1300 metara
nadmorske visine. Od oba jezera, koja su popularno
mjesto za kampovanje, vodi više označenih staza ka
vrhovima okolnih planina.
Za kraj, ali ne najmanje bitno, savremena Podgorica
oduzima dah internacionalnih posjetilaca. Njeno glavno
obilježje je kompleks The Capital Plaza, jedinstven u
cijeloj državi. Upravo ovaj kompleks dom je hotelu

odlučili da idemo na jug.
Prekrasna i jedinstvena, božanska ljepota Bokokotorskog
zaliva će vas ostaviti u potrazi za superlativima. U njemu
se skrivaju najbolje čuvane tajne Crne Gore, gradovi puni
istorije i lokalno gostoprimstvo. Sa preko 240 sunčanih
dana godišnje, zaista možete uživati u toplini i prirodnim
ljepotama ovog zaliva tokom cijele godine.
Oivičena dominantnim liticama i mijenjajući oblik
između valovitih zaliva i blistavih moreuza, kobaltna
uvala uspijeva da prkosi geografskom reljefu: je li to
fjord? Potopljeni kanjon? Izgleda da postoji samo jedan
način da se definiše Kotorski zaliv - nezaobilazan.
Tokom ove turneje imaćete priliku da posjetite mali grad
Perast, najtiši grad Bokokotorskog zaliva. I danas ljudi
govore o bogatstvu ovog kraja. Palate Perasta sada su
tihi svjedoci nekadašnje veličine, sjaja i bogatstva grada.

Naspram grada Perasta nalaze se dva prekrasna ostrva -
Gospa od Škrpjela i ostrvo Sveti Đorđe.
Ostrvo Gospa od Škrpjela je vještački nastalo
nagomilavanjem kamenja na već postojeću stijenu.
Kasnije, 1630. godine, nastala je i crkva koja posjeduje
bogatu kolekciju srebrnih kovanica sa reljefima brodova
koji opisuju razvoj pomorstva u Boki. U neposrednoj
blizini Gospe od Škrpjela, ostrva koje su ljudi uzdignuli
iz morskih dubina, leži Sveti Đorđe, ostrvo potpuno
drugačije prirode i sudbine. Okruženo kamenim
zidinama i sakriveno od pogleda visokim krošnjama
čempresa, ovo ostrvo kao da krije neku tajnu i ne
dopušta radoznalim očima da poremete njegov mir.
Nakon dugog dana provedenog na moru svima je
neophodan odmor. Povratak u hotel i večera u The
Living Room-u je nešto što preporučujemo. Za večeru
biramo rižoto sa kurkumom i kozicama, prekrasni spoj
Mediterana i Orijenta, koji možete upariti sa svojim
omiljenim vinom. Nakon večere možete se opustiti
u parnom kupatilu Banya Wellness & Spa centra i
pripremiti za novu avanturu.
Stara kraljevska prijestonica
Drugi dan posvećujemo istorijskoj i kamenitoj Crnoj
Gori. Za danas biramo TLR doručak, prepun zdravih
masti i proteina koji se nalaze u avokadu i lososu, da
biste kasnije što lakše savladali uspon do Njegoševog
mauzoleja.
Cetinje, smješteno u podnožju planine Lovćen,
dovoljno daleko i skriveno od neprijateljskog
domašaja, a ipak dovoljno blizu i otvoreno za sve
prijateljske ruke, je grad-muzej, stara prijestonica
Crne Gore vjekovima, kao i jezgro crnogorske
duhovnosti i državnosti.
Cetinje je grad ogromnog istorijskog naslijeđa, osnovan
u 15. vijeku. Postao je centar crnogorskog života kao
i religiozni centar. Upravo zbog svog nasljeđa kao
dugoročne crnogorske prijestonice, danas je počasni grad
Crne Gore.
Patina prošlih vremena na zidovima zgrada sadrži
poruke iz prošlih vremena od prvih dana do formiranja
moderne evropske prijestonice. Njen urbani razvoj,
snažno povezan sa tokovima crnogorske istorije,
uspio je na tako malom prostoru stvoriti jedinstvenu
arhitektonsku cjelinu koja odražava gotovo sve
eklektičke stilove s kraja XIX i početka XX vijeka.
Pravi duh i bogatu tradiciju Crne Gore, najbolje možete
osjetiti ako posjetite Nacionalni park Lovćen, koji
cijelom svojoj teritorijom pripada opštini Cetinje.
Prelijepa priroda će vas ostaviti bez daha, a
mnogi istorijski spomenici će vam dati dio slike o
veličanstvenoj istoriji Crne Gore. Na Jezerskom
vrhu, u carstvu munja i gromova, podignut je
mauzolej Petru Drugom Petroviću Njegošu (1813
-1851), crnogorskom vladici, pjesniku i vladaru.
Kada je lijepo vrijeme, sa Lovćena možete vidjeti čak i

U povratku iz manastira Ostrog zaustavljamo se kod
Danilovgrada, oko dva kilometra od samog centra grada,
gdje se nalazi manastirski kompleks Ždrebaonik koji se
sastoji od crkve, velike spavaonice i nekoliko prizemnih
zgrada.
Manastir Ždrebaonik podignut je 1818. godine i
posvećen je Svetom Arhangelu Mihajlu. Postoje slike iz
crkve Sveti Vračevi iz Slatine i zapisi o izgradnji crkve
sv. Arhanđela Mihaela sačuvani još od srednjeg vijeka.
Ždrebaonički ženski manastir je veliko okupljalište i
istovremeno je parohijska crkva.
Nakon dana provedenog u miru i spokoju, nastavljamo
kako smo i započeli. Ovo veče posvetite sebi u

the urban London style. Completely deserved, for 2
years of existence, The Living Room has become the
most popular gathering place in the city. Pleasant
staff, delicious food and great selection of beverages
make every visit to this place a special hedonistic
experience.
In order to find out what makes it so unique, we
found our place at the bar where The Living Room
adventure begins. We planned to have a drink, but
we realized that such a situation does not happen
here. Because - when you come to the living room,
you actually came home. We stayed for several
hours, tasting, enjoying, getting to know everything.
The greatest curiosity was awakened by the highest
shelf at the bar where the most prestigious brands
of whiskey were proudly highlighted in their unique
design bottles.
The Living Room has the best selection of whiskey
that we have seen in Montenegro. It has over 50
species, and among them, besides the unavoidable
Scottish Glenfiddich, Macallan, Highland Park,
Lagavulin, you can find a number of very rare ones
coming from the east: Hibiki from Japan, Kawalan
from Taiwan and Paul John from India. Whiskey
from the east, and especially from Japan, has been
an absolute hit in the world in recent years and
those are quite rare to be found in the offer of a bar
in this area.
For example, during the past ten years, Hibiki has
won eight awards for the best Blended Whiskey in
the world, and specializes in decking in five types of
barrels, among which is Mizunara, a Japanese tree
that must grow 200 years to reach a size sufficient
for exploitation in barrels.
Mizunara is a Japanese tree used by distilleries
during World War II when the distribution of
European and American oak was not possible, it is

intriguing that the Mizunara should grow 200 years
to reach the size needed for the exploitation in the
barrel.
The results that the Japanese made with this
experimental and forced solution were incredible
(aromas, flowers of tropical fruit, citrus). Today
Mizunara barrels are considered luxury and are up
to ten times as expensive as American and European
barrels.
CentreVille Hotel & Experiences was the organizer
of the very first Whiskey Fair in Montenegro,
featuring over 120 kinds of whiskey. Besides the
tastings, guests of the fair could participate in
workshops held by the eminent regional experts in
this field, who amazed the audience with the most
famous Scottish drinks, explained the production
process, and also showed guests how to pair
whiskey with food. After a remarkable success, the
fair was re-organized it in 2019 again, while the
third edition is expected in February.
The cocktail list of The Living Room is presented
through 16 signature cocktails, which have already
been ranked as the best in The Capital. That quality
has no alternative means that base cocktails are
made out of prestigious brands such as Woodford
Reserve, Hennessy, Hendrick’s Gin, Pepe Lopez
tequila and Finlandia vodka.
Our warm, or rather cold recommendation is TLR
Old Fashion, then Whiskey sour, Cucumber cooler,
and Maestro.
While tasting those drinks, we became hungry, and
we decided to taste the specialties of the chef of
CentreVille hotel, Mr. Saša Popović. We went for a
suckling pig which is prepared by the special sous-
vide technique, cooked for the entire 72 hours. As
the chef pointed out, all dishes were created as a
combination of Montenegrin traditional cuisine and
modern techniques of preparation and serving. We
finished the night with a light Almond Rock dessert
in the form of ice cream-cake.
The Living Room is our warm recommendation. It’s
a great choice whether you’re just going to enjoy,
have a business meeting, the first romantic meeting
or a party gathering. This bar can respond to each

Stretched across 230m², our ballroom features floor to

evening functions, an advanced lighting system sets the

120 people in a gala dinner set-up or up to 200 people
in theatre style - this is a great venue for wedding
celebrations, gala dinners or even a large conference.
MEETING ROOMS
Comfort, style and practicality are words used to
describe our meeting rooms. We have three, each
brightened by natural daylight and seating up to eight
people on plush leather chairs. A wide-screen TV,
multi-socket plugs and a phone capable of conference
calling offer all the connectivity you need - not to
mention great WiFi. All of the rooms can be connected
to provide a larger meeting room space for up to 50
people whilst a generously sized prefunction area serves
as a great breakout venue for well deserved coffee break
or buffet lunch.
CONFERENCE ROOMS
These multi-purpose venues can be set-up in a variety
of styles and are perfect for use as a convention, press
conference or even a small wedding venue. Two of
those are available. First one has 60m2, and is capable
of hosting up to 40 people. The other is 105m2 big,
set to accommodate 90 guests in theatre style. Tea and
coffee breaks can be organized inside the room or in the
pre-function area just outside.
THE DINING ROOM
This elegant spot oozes casual sophistication. The walls
and furniture feature neutral tones of grey which are

wooden flooring. The tables can be dressed according
to your theme and the kitchen is equipped to host a

a widescreen TV. Past this is a large dining table able to
accommodate up to 16 guests, a grand piano, the living
room area, a bar area and kitchenette. The real jewel
in the crown of this suite is the expansive terrace that
boasts some of the city’s most incredible views.
THE ROOFTOP
Adjacent to the Penthouse Suite, The Rooftop is
Podgorica’s most sought after venue. Ultra-glamorous,
it is set against the stunning backdrop of Podgorica’s
mountain-scape by day, and by night transforms into a

or even a wedding service can be prepared here. There’s

If we move a few steps away from the city noise, we will

realise that Podgorica certainly has a lot to offer.
The capital of Montenegro is located in the heart of
the central region, and since ancient times it has been a
connecting point between the north and the south, the
Atractions mountains and the sea, and various cultures that were
present through the multi-ethnic and very rich history of
the Montenegrin area and people.
For Podgorica we can say that it is ideally positioned
because it is only an hour away from the sea and the
highest mountain peaks that exceed the height of 2000
meters. At the same time, Podgorica is a place where
you can feel the smell of the Mediterranean and the
freshness of mountain peaks.
The moderate continental climate makes Podgorica
suitable for visits throughout the year and the average of
240 sunny days a year classifies the city among the top
ten sunny cities in Europe. These facts tell us how much
the land of this region is fertile and that you will be able
to enjoy a variety of gastronomic and wine offerings that
make a mix of Mediterranean and Continental national
cuisine. A rich offer of high quality autochthonous
wines is widely known, as is the largest vineyard in one
piece Europe - “Plantaže”, on one side bounded by the
riverbed of Cijevna River, which is seeking for its way
to Morača and the sea, shaping rocky cliffs and creating
a picturesque canyon, as well as one of the most visited
city places for picnic, known as “Niagara Waterfalls”.
Beside the canyon of Cijevna, another canyon is deeply
carved into the stone and takes the title of the second
deepest in the state after the canyon of the Tara River,
the deepest canyon in Europe and the second in the
world. The breathtaking beauty and river swarms attract
a large number of fans of extreme sports, and sporting
activity that is definitely more and more present both in
the region and throughout the state is kayaking. Those
who are not so extreme will be more likely to ride the
canoe or the boat on the biggest tributary of Morača,
Zeta, a ravine river that, with its emerald color and
its surroundings, creates a feeling as if you are deep
into the rainforest. Kayaking is also very popular on
Skadar Lake, the largest lake in the Balkans known for
the richness of flora and fauna, the cryptodepression
phenomenon and the habitat of rare and endangered
bird species, making it unique in the region and beyond.
Thanks to the preserved ecosystem, the National Park
“Skadar Lake” is a bird’s paradise for 280 species of
birds, and every year it is visited by a huge number of
birdwatchers. Picturesque settlements on the coast like
Virpazar and Rijeka Crnojevića with their appearance
and old stone structures leave the impression that time
has stopped a hundred years ago and that nothing has
changed since. Skadar Lake is famous for this and other
coastal villages like Karuč, Dodoši, Vranjina, Murići
and all these places are in an exceptional ambience,
recognizable by old fisherman houses, stone bridges and
watermills. Skadar Lake with its coast offers 9 pedestrian
and 2 educational paths. There are also 5 cycling trails
and 2 mountain biking trails. Hidden beaches and
swimming make also an integral part of the adventure in
the summer months. A ride with a traditional wooden
boat adds up to a unique experience.

For lovers of historical monuments, the archaeological
sites of Duklja (Doclea) and Medun are located not far
from Podgorica. Just four kilometers from the city center
on a wide plateau between the rivers Morača, Zeta and
Širalija, there is an ancient Podgorica ornament, the
remains of the ancient Doclea from the the beginning
of first decade of the new era. Medun is located about
12 kilometers northeast of Podgorica, in the district of
Kuči. It is famous for its monumental complex, which
is the remains of the Illyrian city of Meteon and the
birth house of Marko Miljanov, a famous hero and
writer, which today is a memorial museum of the city.
In the center of Podgorica is the “Stara Varoš”, core of
Podgorica during the period of Ottoman rule in urban
and architectural forms of the city, customs, lifestyle
and oriental characteristics. The most beautiful example
of architecture remaining from this period is the Sahat
(Clock) Tower, which is still a dominating structure
in Stara Varoš. Nearby is also the famous bridge on
Sastavci, the oldest bridge in Podgorica. It is located in
the heart of the capital, and according to historical facts
it was built during the reign of the Roman Empire.
As an oasis in the hot summer days and the place for
recreation, locals use park forests that are present in
all parts of the city. The former winter castle of King
Nikola I Petrović is surrounded by a park forest which
during the summer months is a an art and exhibition
scene and one of the favorite places of our fellow
citizens. Very popular and visited are park forests of
Gorica and Ljubović, equipped with trails for hiking and
cycling, terrains for various sports and if you want you
can explore Gorica through existing adventure park.
Recently, the city has provided 13.5 kilometers of bicycle
trails, which made possible for visitors to experience it
on two wheels.
For those who like enjoying the landscapes, “Circuit
around Korita” is the first fully marked panoramic road
in Montenegro.
“Circuit around Korita” it starts in Podgorica and
leads to the mountain area of Kuči and to the cliff of
the marvelous canyon of Cijevna, the beauty of the
everlasting snow of Prokletije. This route is suitable for
a one-day excursion. The road is 65 km long, enough
not to only escape everyday life for a few hours but also
to dive into a completely different world. The region of
Kuči is also home to two glacial lakes - Bukumirsko and
Rikavačko, beautiful and bare jewels of nature, located
at over 1300 meters above sea level. From both lakes,
which are popular places for camping, plenty of marked
trails leads to the summits of the surrounding mountains.
Last but not least, contemporary Podgorica mesmerizes
international visitors. Its main landmark is The Capital
Plaza complex, unique across the country. This complex

Hemmed in by commanding cliffs and shape-shifting
between rippling gulfs and sparkling straits, the cobalt
cove even manages to defy geographic description: is it
a fjord? A submerged canyon? It seems there’s only one
way to define Kotor Bay: unmissable.

the petite town of Perast, the quietest town of Boka Bay.
Even today, people are speaking about the richness of
this region. Palaces of Perast are now silent witnesses of
the former size, splendor, and wealth of the town.
In front of the town of Perast there are two beautiful
islands - Gospa od Škrpjela (Our Lady of the Rocks) and
Sveti Djordje (St. George). Later, in 1630, a church was
built, with a rich collection of silver coins with reliefs of
ships describing the development of seafaring in Boka.
In the immediate vicinity of Our Lady of the Rocks, the
island that people lift from the depths of the sea, lies St.

Second day we dedicate to rural and rocky Montenegro.
For today we choose a TLR breakfast, full of healthy fats
and proteins found in avocado and salmon, in order to
easily overcome the ascent to Njegoš’s mausoleum later.
Cetinje, located at the foot of Lovćen mountain, far
enough and hidden from enemy sight, yet close enough
and open for all friendly hands, is the museum city,
the old capital of Montenegro for centuries, and origin
point of Montenegrin spirituality and statehood.
Cetinje is a town of immense historical heritage, founded
in 15th century. It became the centre of Montenegrin
life and a religious centre. It is because of its heritage
as a long-term Montenegrin capital that it is today the
honorary capital of Montenegro. Patina of past ages
on the faces of buildings contains messages from past
times since its first days up to the forming of a modern
European capital. Its urban development, strongly
connected with flows of Montenegrin history, has
succeeded, on such a small space, to produce unique
architectural entity which reflects almost all eclectic
styles from the end of XIX and the beginning of XX
century.

The true spirit and rich tradition of Montenegro,
you can feel at its best if you visit the National Park
Lovćen, which belongs to the municipality of Cetinje.
Beautiful nature will leave you breathless, and many
historical monuments will give you a picture of the
magnificent history of Montenegro. On the Jezerski
vrh, in the empire of lightning and thunder, the
mausoleum of Petar II Petrović Njegoš, the bishop,
the poet and the ruler of Montenegro (1813-1851)
was constructed.
Many say that when the weather is nice, you can see
from Lovćen even the coast of Italy. Ivanova korita
in the foothills of Lovćen became the favorite tourist
destination, due to its beauty and climate, as well as
Montenegrin specialties that will be offered to you in
restaurants. Not far from Ivanova korita is the village
Njeguši, the birthplace of the Petrović dynasty, which
ruled Montenegro from 1696 to 1918. The village
and its surroundings are famous for its prosciutto
and cheese. Upon returning to the hotel, you can fill
up your exhausted energy with an excellent source
of protein, buffalo chicken that along with one of

Ostrog Monastery, a miracle built by nature and
human interaction, carved almost in entirety in a
vertically positioned mountain cliff, is today the pearl of
Montenegrin spirituality which is visited by more than a
hundred thousand tourists from all around the world of
all religions every year. It is one of the three most visited
Christian destinations on the planet with its cave-like
shaped chapel and the Monastery complex.
This beautiful, sacred spot that is of huge importance for
Montenegrins, is a must-visit site whether it is primarily
for religious, cultural, or historical reasons.
Our stop in return from Ostrog monastery is in
Danilovgrad, about two kilometres from the very centre
of the town, monastery complex Ždrebaonik comprised
of a church, a big dormitory and several ground floor
buildings. Ždrebaonik monastery was built in 1818 and
it was dedicated to St. Archangel Michael. There are
fragments of paintings from the church Sveti Vračevi
from Slatina and records of the construction of the
church of St. Archangel Michael preserved ever since the
Middle ages. Ždrebaonik women’s monastery is a great
gathering place and at the same time a parochial church.
After a day spent in peace and tranquility, we continue
as we started. It is dinner time already. Gnocchi in bacon
and spinach cream with parmesan leaves are a real hit
and if you sweeten them with the Montenegrin mille-
feuille afterwards, then we are sure this is a phenomenal
weekend for you.
