1. Card Welcome Letter (which mentions the following)
a. Registered email ID/ mobile number
b. Card Reference Number

2. KYC Document Details


a. Aadhaar Number: Preferred
b. If Aadhaar Number is unavailable, a copy of any one of the below documents for uploading:
• Driving License
• Voter ID
• Passport
› File Format: PNG, JPG, JPEG. File size less than 1MB

When: During card activation
Where: Activation Portal (https://activation.sodexobrs.com)

number : provided by client

• Card Reference number


 Mentioned on welcome letter
 In case cardholder doesn’t
remember reference number,
they can proceed via the
“Forgot Reference Number”
tab

SCENARIO 1:
CARDHOLDER HAS
AADHAAR
CARDHOLDER HAS AADHAAR: STEP 1

1. Enter Aadhaar Number &


accept T&C’s

2. Enter Activation code sent to


registered email ID/ mobile no.

3. Edit mobile no. if required and


click on ‘Send OTP’

CARDHOLDER HAS AADHAAR: STEP 2

Enter OTP and click on ‘Activate Card’ PROCESS COMPLETE!

9 KYC PROCESS
SCENARIO 2:
CARDHOLDER DOES NOT HAVE AADHAAR
CARDHOLDER DOES NOT HAVE AADHAAR: STEP 1

Click on ‘I do not have Aadhaar’ Chose document from list

11 KYC PROCESS
CARDHOLDER DOES NOT HAVE AADHAAR: STEP 2

1. Enter ID no. & upload


document

2. Enter Activation code sent to


registered email ID/ mobile no.

3. Edit mobile no. if required and


click on ‘Send OTP’

4. Enter OTP and click on ‘Validate’

Click on ‘Activate Card’ PROCESS COMPLETE!
