6 Covers

6.1 Before Assembling the Covers

Before assembling all covers the stand shall be fully tested in its functions, fully
configurated and fully calibrated.
Flatfield calibration should be done after assembling the detector top cover.

Following parts are pre-assembled with covers:

• C-arm
• Tube holder arm

6.2 Cover Installation of the HD-3000

Place the top cover on the detector and connect

the plugs.

Mount the top cover.

Mount the 2 side covers.

6.3 Cover Installation of the Stand

Mount the right side corner bar cover.

Slide in the 2 socket trim covers.

Slide in the 2 light panels and connect them

carefully on the base of the stand
Right panel to X2.4
Left panel to X2.2

Assemble the top cover to the stand using the 5

fixation screws.

Connect the infrared sensor on the top cover to

X30.

Assemble the 2 plastic side cover, the large

one to the monitor side, the small one to the
rear side.
The covers are attached using Velcro.

Assemble the 2 plastic cover, lower and upper

part over the electro cabinet. The covers are
slight in mounted.

6.4 Cover Installation of the Tube

Mount the tube cover with 3 screws.
