We are looking for students from all backgrounds and experiences
Whether you’re an active leader in your school already or are looking to become a
more confident student, you’re a great candidate to apply.

Ideal students for the program are inquisitive, committed, and willing to take risks in

"YLC conference'19 was a very memorable learning


experience for me. This conference made me learn the
importance of negotiation, collaboration, confidence
for public speaking and so much more. It gave me the
opportunity to work on the change I always wanted and
make a difference in the society. It was a very engaging
and interactive session and taught me various traits of
a leader and how a leader can make a difference in the
