I am interested in applying for a paid internship position at Mercy Medical Center.

I am currently getting ready to graduate from Merced High School with a 3.5 GPA. After high school I
plan on going to the Merced Community College to pursue a career in the medical field, more specifically
Nursing.

If I am given the opportunity to have this entry level position while I am attending the Merced
Community College it’ll open a lot of doors for me when applying to different universities after my two
years at the JC. Being an intern at the hospital will not only give me experience in working with people
but also acquiring the skills I need to be a well qualified nurse.
