Mr. Muhammad Faiz Aziz

Muhammad Faiz Aziz was an Off Counsel at ATH & Co. law office.
Besides being active in this law office, Aziz is also active in several
institutions such as the Indonesian Center for Law & Policy Studies
(PSHK) and the Indonesian Law College (STHI) Jentera. He obtained a
Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Indonesia in 2003 with
a specialization program in Economic Law, and then obtained a
Bachelor of Political Science from the Open University in 2006. The
Aziz master's degree was obtained from The National University of
Malaysia in 2016 with the specificity of Law International Economy.
His master's education (S2) was supported by a scholarship from the
Ministry of Finance's Education Fund Management Institution (LPDP).
The legal areas under his control include business law, capital
markets, infrastructure, civil, civil international, maritime, border, and
creative economics.

MANAGING PARTNER

Mr. Deddy Bobby H. Simanjuntak

Deddy Bobby H. Simanjuntak is an expert at Corporate Law. His

services including but not limited to: Legal Due Dilligence, Submitting
a Trademark Registration application and monitoring the brand
process that has been submitted until the issuance of a Trademark
Certificate, Providing Legal Opinion to Management for a problem and
providing solutions to solve it; Submitting application for Renewal of
Land Rights Registration; Arrange for the land purchase plan from
checking and investigating land history;

Review of the Sale and Purchase Agreement (PPJB) and DRAFT for Sale
and Purchase (AJB) Land to be Acquired; Participate in measuring and
appointing land boundaries to the issuance of the Right to Use
Building Certificate at the City Administrative Office of South Jakarta;
Cooperate and coordinate with the Team Project to take action in the
Field in connection with conducting fencing around the Land that has
been acquired; Monitoring and guarding Tax case processes that have
been submitted in the Tax Court; Acting for and on behalf of and
representing the Company and / or Management to resolve and find
solutions if there are problems in the field of Corporate and Litigation;

EXECUTIVE PARTNER

Mr. Herry Yanto Suhendra

Herry is also expert in Corporate Law. He is expert in establishing new

company licenses (SIUP, TDP, Domicile, Deed of General Meeting of
Shareholders, and Decree of Justice) and making Minutes of Meeting
of General Meeting of Shareholders; Manage Credit Agreement with
bank Notary; Managing reports to the Foreign Investment
Coordinating Board regarding expansion of business; Reviewing
apartment rental contracts, insurance and contracts related to
foreigners in the company; Managing Mandatory Extension of
company employment reports; Making collective labor agreements
(PKB) and Managing Legalization of Collective Labor Agreement
between the Company and employees legalized by the Ministry of
Manpower; Managing Expatriate documents (KITAS, IMTA, RPTKA,
SKLD, EPO etc.),

He has been in charge of:

 All Licensing from the beginning to the end of the Grand Prima
Bintara Bekasi Housing area of 13.5 hectares and certificate
fragments at the Bekasi National Land Agency until handover to the
Bekasi regional government (Location permit, siteplan, Principle
permit, down grade to HGB, Permit Use of space, peat flood, UKL /
UPL, TPU 2%, PJU recommendation, Sport club renovation, Billboard
permit) including mediation with the community, community
organizations and local government.
 All Licensing from the beginning to the end of the 2.2 hectare
Grand bintaro Garden Residence Housing and certificate fragments at
the Tangerang National Land Agency until handover to the Tangerang
regional government (Location permit, siteplan, down grade to HGB,
Permit Use of space, peat flood, UKL / UPL, TPU 2%, PJU
recommendation, Sport club renovation, Billboard permit) including
mediation with the community, community organizations and local
government.
 All permits from the beginning to the end of the construction of
villas-illa and the fragments of certificates in the Bali National Land
Agency up to handover to consumers including mediation with the
community, community organizations and local government.

JUNIOR PARTNER

Ms. Novia Safrina Lubis

She holds her bachelor degree from University of Atma Jaya Jakarta
and was active in some organizations such as Moot Court, Legal Expo,
and became the originator committee of Law Education Day event.
Prior to joining AM Oktarina, she had an intern with District Attorney in
Central Java, which she gained valuable experience regarding criminal
and civil cases. She had been promoted as a Marketer when she
worked in a Shipbuilding Company. Despite majoring in Criminal Law,
she joined a Law Firm in Jakarta and entrusted to handle the corporate
matters and has since trusted to took a dual role as an Associate and
Founding Partner’s Secretary. She speaks fluently Bahasa Indonesia,
English, and good in Korean. Her practice focused on Corporate Law,
Commercial Law, and Labor Law, and Licensing Specialist.
