Esquivel said Crisologo arived
at the house with his lawyer-son,
Frederick l7ilLiam Ctisologo, and
allegedly berated and cussed t}re

Responding members of the
QCPD Station 3 led by Ll Col.
Alex Alberto forcibly opened the
gate and attested Crisologo and
his son. They and the 43 others
were brought them to the QCPD
headquarters in Camp Karingal for
investigation.

with Ctisologo at the QCPD head-

bayalde said, adding the cops were
making artests but were prevented
from doing so by Ctisologo.
Albayalde also denied Crisolo-
go's claim that the cops were
harassing his supportets.

The Makati Prosecutor's Of6ce
yesterday ordered the release of
eight officials and 52 residents
of Barangay San Isi&o vrho were
nabbed by opetatives of the Na
tional Capital Region Police Office
for alleged vote bu1'tng last Sunday.
"It was established that the
NCRPO made false and inacctrate
statements against my clients,"
Atty. Jose Soiis, lawyer of the in-
dividuals arrested, said.
The 52 other individuals nabbed
outside the barangay hall included
senior citizens aged 61 to 70.
Police recovered atound P410,
000 in P500 bills along with Jists
