About the schedules and the selection of courses

Each class lasts 90 minutes (=two 45-minute teaching hours a week).

You can attend various courses from different levels: 1st, 2nd, 3rd year of undergraduate studies (BA), 1st, 2nd year of graduate studies (MA).
You do not have to attend all courses with the same year.
For many courses in the 2nd and 3rd year (BA), students are divided into several groups, and the same classes are repeated several times a week for
different groups of students. You can choose any one of these groups, depending on the day and hour you prefer.
In the 1st year (BA), Erasmus students can attend classes only with Group 4, as other groups are already full.

You cannot attend courses which are in Polish and courses which require the knowledge and use of Polish (i.e. English-Polish translation).
You cannot attend any MA seminar and specialization, which is a four-semester course that ends with writing an MA thesis.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
1st week of the semester – you can attend different classes to see if they are appropriate to your level and if they meet your expectations and the
requirements of your university.
2nd week of the semester – you should decide which classes you want to attend, and you should ask each professor to add you to the list of
students.
1st month of the semester – you should prepare Changes to Learning Agreement (if necessary) and bring it to the Erasmus coordinator to sign.
beginning of the 2nd month of the semester – you should check if all the subjects you attend are in your account in the USOS system. If you notice
that some courses should be added or deleted, you can write to the Erasmus coordinator, who will forward your message, or directly to the USOS
administrator, Mr Ireneusz Kuboń, e-mail: ireneusz.kubon @ uwr.edu.pl – In your message you should specify: your name and surname, your index
number, the name of the course to be added or deleted, the name of the teacher, the year (1/2/3 BA or 1/2 MA), the number of the group
(1/2/3/4/5) if applicable.
