So they decided to switch their location to have a better location for their company, they decided

to move in a place where they can find twice big location than that to have operations in a more

accurate manner.

They would have too much problem if they would switch to another building where the

construction would be needed, so it would be unable for them to manage both these operations.

The outcome is a capacity arrangement with just about 12 m high bed racks set up to store the two

beds and boxes on work racks.

area to picking of whole boxes.

problem of racks and machines, after considering these problems they have adapted these kinds of

technology and adapted a designed. That is the reason they did not have issues then.

After examining all the facts from the international case study and from the observation we have

come to the conclusion that alkaram management should decide to use this technology as well as

they should also follow the same standard as that has been followed by the others. We did not only

study this but also we have been through some

international case studies as well. It is very important for the companies to adopt changes and bring

some technology in their organization in order to have competitive advantage over others for the
