sure all materials were cut as mentioned on the IFC drawing. To make sure all

Description of activities, responsibilities, main interfaces:


 Monitoring preheating before and during welding.
 Monitoring of welding activities and welding operator during welding.
 Perform visual inspection on completed weld joint
 Perform in process and final dimension check
 Prepare all of weld joint traceability and record down all the welding parameter
 Follow up NDT process per client requirement
 Monitoring and updating welding machine and electrode oven calibration records.
 Review Post Weld Heat Treatment chart by referring to heating, soaking and cooling rate
as mentioned in Welding Procedure Specification.
 To ensure all of welding activities carry out as per approved WPS.
 Monitoring welding process to ensure that comply to the approved WPS.
