Review of Related Literature


This part of research present the combination of related knowledge, regarding to the research
topic “students and teachers level of necessity on the provision of transportation vehicle” that is
presented as a whole through related literature and related studies.

Related Literature
Transportation vehicle can be all motors that transport passengers to and from a place. It had
been the easiest way for the riders and commuters to set themselves on a place they are up to. (1)
This ideology started before 3500 BC where the first wheeled vehicles are produced followed by
the first boat 3500 BC, The invention of wheel barrow 181-238, Da Vinci’s flying machines

more up until the latest invention of vehicles. This invention shows great impact to the revolution
of globalization. It is one of some technological advances that helps people more in their living.
The evolution of vehicle along with the changes of generation generates affirmative impact to the
economic status and progress, where in not just only benefited but all. Before vehicles are
already been used as the most efficient way to transport or travel.

This transportation benefited all that’s why the authority puts an action to ensure the equal
liability of all which is the (2) Transportation law describe the body of law dealing with all forms
of transportation. These laws derive from state federal and even local sources, and can apply
very broadly at the transport system level or more narrowly to specific activities or things. When
one thinks of transportation, there first thought may be of road vehicles like cars, trucks, and
motorcycles. But transportation law also pertains to rail, water vessels, bicycles, airplanes,
helicopter, school buses, and any other form of getting one place to another. Similarly the laws
affecting transportation pertain not only to this modes of transit, but also the infrastructure that
supports them, such as roads, bridges, airports, trails, ports, etc. These laws often creates an
administrative agencies, or expand the authority of existing agencies, to administer these statutes.
For example the USA department of transportation (DOT) establishes overall transportation
policies for the United States. The federal aviation administration (FAA). In turns, is responsible
for administering air travel, the National |Transportation Safety Board (NTSB) provides certain
safety guidelines and investigates mass transit accidents, the Federal Rail Road ministration
(FRA) administers rail travel and so forth. These administrative agencies pass their own
regulations that further expand upon the laws governing interstate transit. The DOT also works
with the state and local authorities to help decide policies regarding highway planning, mass
transit, safety of transportation facilities, and policies regarding oil and gas pipelines. Each state

Therefore, the authority to establish rules and procedures governing that school bus system rests
with the students who choose to jeopardize the safety of the bus or fellow passengers may lose

General parents will obviously play the key role in influencing their children in all aspect/s of
safety. Parents can promote school bus safety in the following ways. The children must have a

minutes before the normal pickup times. Parents are responsible for students until they board the
school bus and following unloading at their designated stop in the afternoon. Parents will be
responsible for willful damages to school buses caused by their children. Be aware of board
policy relating to general suspension of transportation services through emergencies, such as
inclement weather. Provide written note or phone call to the driver, or contact dispatch to relay a
message, if your children is to return home by any other route than normal, or is not to ride the
bus home at all. Students riding on the bus must remember they are responsible for their conduct
