PUMP DISASSEMBLY PROCEDURE

HP JACKING UNIT

1. Before disassembling, check box motor operates 2 before working on the motor 1.

2. Loosen the 3 screws indicated

3. Loosen the screws of bell housing with key of 17 specific plan below.

4. Remove the pump assembly (bell housing, half coupling)

5. Remove the coupling half, change the pump, remounting half coupling

6. Measure the distance from the mounting side pump coupling half with the bell housing, then
check motor side mounting dimension is less than 4mm
7. Reassemble the bell housing by performing step 2 and 3 in reverse.
