ON THE RECORD STATEMENT IN REPLY TO PURPORTED TESTING RESULTS

Ananda Hemp finds the accusations made by WJLA-TV to be misleading and

poorly supported. We have requested but not seen the third-party laboratory
results or Certificate of Analysis referenced in WJLA-TV’s segment. Without having
access to this critical information, we cannot comment on the quality of the results
or the integrity of the testing process. The limited information we do have
suggests these tests do not reflect our data, which we make easily accessible to
the public on our website.
