The mother of my children is a prostitute

Be forewarned, there are 62 facts below that are sexual in nature, vulgar and graphic.
Such information is required for me to prove that my ex-wife is a prostitute which gives
motivation for what was done to me and my children. From there the house of cards
comes tumbling down: Corrupt police are protecting illegal prostitution that I became a
threat to requiring I be destroyed.

The 62 facts came from contemporaneous notes, emails, texts, voicemails, verbal
statements and elsewhere. Everything discussed occurred over a 5-month period from
Jan. 2014 through Apr. 2014 and during the month of Sept. 2014.

My ex-wife made the statement unless otherwise noted. The “Resort” refers to the Resort
at Squaw Creek. Some of the quotes are paraphrased

You need to read this before getting into the 62 facts. It is very important to set the stage.
It resulted in law enforcement’s entire defense against my accusations to go up in smoke.
Law enforcement’s defense has been that I am severely mentally ill and delusional, and
the facts I present do not add up to my conclusions which are: my ex-wife is a police
protected Lake Tahoe/Truckee/Reno prostitution. The police were so adamant and
certain that I was severely mentally ill they went so far as to tell my father to have commit
me. My father refused to and now believes everything I say after what the police have put
him through and hearing me out. My father even told me to be careful because me pursing
this could danger if I pursuing this. I agree with him but that’s not going to stop me.

This is how their defense went up in smoke. In late Feb./early Marc, 2019 and after 4-1/2
years of denying she’s a prostitute and telling me she never told me the things that I have
to prove she was (se below), my ex-wife made a sudden and complete about face in
February 2014 by telling me she proposedly made me think she was prostitute. Uh-oh!
She didn’t think that statement all the way through.

Also for the past 4-1/2 years the police and many others have been blabbing to the world
that my accusations are untrue and the reason I’m making them is due to me being “sick”
(as my complicit Moorpark sister was yelling at my eldest son to the point of making him
ball his eyes out. Sweet lady). Here’s what should be the obvious issue.

If my ex-wife now says she made me think she’s a prostitute then how can I be severely
mentally ill for accusing her of being one? Someone is lying. I can prove it’s everybody
who’s been involved has been lying and prove their motivation.

In addition, the police lying and slandering me, especially without ever talking to me and
PURPOSELY avoiding doing any investigating (in Truckee. See item #’s 45 and 46 below)
puts everyone’s creditably into serious question, especially with all the other corroborating
evidence I have to back up my accusations. Not provided.

Here’s a brief summary about how this all came about:

In June 2012 I moved my boys and my toxic wife 500 miles to Truckee CA for a fresh
start after my toxic wife had a 2-year affair with her sister's husband and to get away from
my toxic scapegoating family.

By Feb. 2014 my toxic wife had entered into law enforcement protected illegal prostitution
while working in Sweet Potatoes Deli in the Resort at Squaw Creek in Olympic Valley CA,
that I became a threat to.

By June 2015 my now prostitute toxic wife, the corrupt police protecting her and the
prostitution and my toxic family had all joined forces to destroy me as a threat to the
prostitution and my ex-wife being able to prostitute with my boys as inconsequential
collateral damage.

1. “He needs to stop investigating.” ~ No shit. My ex-wife said this to me while looking
straight at the judge at one of the first hearings in divorce in the fall of 2014.

2. "You better watch yourself!” ~ No shit again. My ex-wife said this as she was
walking out the door when she suddenly started disappearing for an hour or two in
the middle of the day after admitting to “cheating”.

3. ‘Kathy’s gone. Forget about Kathy”. ~ Yup! Complicit NV County Behavioral Health
Therapist who told me about the sexual deviancy in Truckee then lied and told me
she never said that (see item #24). Said to me within a couple months of me
booting Kathy. I was dumbfounded. She clearly knew something I did not yet know.
It did not take me long. Kathy went to a world of crime that you don’t get out of.

4. “I will come completely clean with you. I want to talk to you in person though. Not
via email.”

5. “There’s lots of competition.” ~ Ex-wife said in response to me asking how sought

after she was.

6. “I know I’m a good package.’

7. “Blow jobs are $40.” ~ I distinctly remember her telling me this because, having
never patronized a prostitute, I thought it was cheap.

8. “You didn’t think I swallowed.” ~ She didn’t swallow. Why does she swallow now
after I kicked her out, and why was she bragging to me about it?

9. "With a couple at the Truckee Hotel. He kept pushing my head towards his crouch."

10. “There’s no money up here [Truckee].” ~ Ex-wife inferring there’s more money to
be made prostituting in Reno which is right next door to Truckee. My ex-wife and
her Resort coworker “Emily” regularly visited Reno together. See item #34.

11. "A different 20-year of with a straight billed cap each night."

12. "A black guy in the Atlantis. We had sex 6 times in one night. I didn’t charge him."

13. “There’s no blacks in Truckee.” ~ Said to me when she wanted back in the house
after telling me she had sex all night with a black man at the Atlantis in Reno.

14. “There’s lots of blacks in Truckee.” ~ Said after I booted her from our house and
she wanted to taunt me.

15. "On the hood of his Audi his behind the T-Bar [in Truckee]. I didn’t charge him.”

16. “I had sex with an artist near where Jay and Irene lived. We walked his dog in the
morning past Jay and Irene’s house [she just sluffed that off.. Weird she’ do that.]

17. “Tell the [T-Bar] bartender you’re my boyfriend and we have kids together.”. ~ I got
this after my ex-wife told me about her pick-ups at the bar when we were going
there to play pool. She obviously didn’t want to be exposed as a cheating wife.

18. "When I came out of the shower he was gone [Kingvale CA pot dealer in local
Truckee hotel].”

19. “I sat across from him [Indian style] with only my glasses on and he kept saying
‘Wow!” ~ Same pot dealer.

20. “He licked my p***y all night.” ~ Paraplegic “Mario” with a white van my ex-wife got
rides from when we separated in exchange for sexual favors.

21. "A drummer at Moody's Bar [in the Truckee Hotel]." ~ Her BF was a drummer and
played at Moody’s.

22. "A guy picked me up on a Harley outside the Bar of America." ~ This could also be
her BF because she said the guy was bald, her BF is bald and has a Harley. She

 also said the Harley guy was a cancer survivor. I don’t know if her BF ever had
cancer but if he did that would peg this as being him.

23. "I came up and sat next to him [at the Cottonwood bar in Truckee] and started
chatting him up then grabbed his d**k. We had sex in the back of his truck in the
parking lot." ~ Ex-wife’s response to me asking her how she picked up guys. She
told me how much she charged this guy but I forgot.

24. “There’s lots of sexual deviancy up here [Tahoe/Truckee]. My husband and I got
invited … I thought you had to be a couple.” ~ NV County Behavioral Health
therapist who later told me she never said any of that to me.

25. There were suddenly phone numbers in her cell phone from ALL across Northern
California. My guess is these otherwise unexplained (when I asked her about
them) phone numbers were of Resort guests to setup their next encounter with a
Lake Tahoe prostitute.

26. My ex-wife told me she knew how to find the location of where an email was sent
using the IP address in an email header. Knowing how to get IP addresses from
email headers and then the location was so foreign to my ex-wife’s sphere of
knowledge and so farfetched, her telling me that startled me. She did not possess
that knowledge before our temporary split after I discovered she was ‘cheating”
again. Someone had to have taught her. I asked who and why? She ignored me.

27. I found a Norstar season pass that had fallen out of my ex-wife’s folder she kept
personal information in. When I asked who the guy was she told me she didn’t
know and absurdly said it was one of our youngest son’s friends. I asked our son.
He said he didn’t know anything about it.

28. Chaturbate. I found four email requests from men trying to connect with my ex-wife
using a “Chaturbate” account she set up using her regular Yahoo email address. I
had no clue what Chaturbate was. It’s a live streaming amateur sex website where
models get paid by viewers for their sexual performances.

The next 15 items (#’s 29 through 44) all relate to sexual activities and prostitution that
occurred at or are in some way connected to the Resort. The number of items relating to
the Resort is eye opening.

29. "25 on the property.” ~ Referring to how many men my ex-wife had sex with at the
Resort. Where there’s smoke there’s fire. You know she low balled it.

30. "I dialed a wrong number trying to get a hold of you [after her night shift at the
Resort]. He came picked me up after work while I was waiting for you. We hit it off,

 so went to his house up the Valley (Olympic Valley which is where the Resort is
located) and had sex all night.” ~ My phone number was (530) 582-7719 and the
number she dialed was (530) 386-3181. She did not dial a wrong number. My ex-
wife later told me this guy’s name was ‘Mitch’. This “wrong number’ also suddenly
started showing up all over our Verizon bill and started texting me (see item #31)

31. My ex-wife stayed out all night at the Resort (with my youngest son asking me “Is
mom coming home tonight (that still brings tears to my eye very time I think of that).
In the morning she called from a house phone demanding I pick her up. I then
started getting texts from the “wrong number” (530) 386-3181 discussed in item
#30. The guy told me his name was Xavier (not Mitch) and he was going back to
Brazil.

32. "He was a guest [at the Resort] and left." Ex-wife’s response when I asked if she
was having sex with the bell boys when I picked her up from work once because I
didn’t want to look like a fool. Too late.

33. "A guest gave me a $50 tip [for delivering food at the Resort]. No one else is getting
that much." Deliveries with a happy ending maybe?

34. “I don't have a place to stay in Reno so I'd rather do it in the day time, you know?’
~ Email from Emily in response to my ex-wife saying “Email me back with when
you wanna get the fuck outta here for a little while“. Emily lived in Truckee. Why
would she say she didn’t have a place to stay in Reno “you know”, especially when
all my ex-wife said was she wanted to go somewhere and didn’t say anything about
going at night or staying the night?

35. “BTW.....I didn't even come home last night....we'll talk ;) Hit me back. ((Hugs))”
~ Same email to Emily to which her coworker replied “hehehe, that sounds fun.”
Emily and my ex-wife were tight.

36. "There's a big sex thing up here." ~ Yet another Emily tie in. My ex-wife told me
Emily said this to her. Definitely partners in crime. See item #24 regarding there
being “lots of sexual deviancy” in Lake Tahoe/Truckee supports Emily’s ‘big sex
things’ statement.

37. “I masturbated 6 times today.” ~ Classic narcissist. They end up looking down on
and get disgusted with the opposite sex and use masturbation repeatedly for self-
gratification.

38. I found a piece of Resort note paper the she dropped on our bedroom floor
(uncharacteristically folder and refolded almost to the point of tearing) with the
name “Jason” written on it with a telephone number and smiley face. The phone
number had a 702 Las Vegas area code and a Henderson NV prefix. My ex-wife
told me Jason had a girlfriend and baby in Las Vegas, he worked at the Resort (or

 the ski area, I don’t recall), he had an apartment in Reno where she spent the night
and had sex with him once and that he had since moved to Park City UT.

39. My ex-wife would be drunk before work, drink at work and be even more drunk
when I picked her up. I had to start dropping her off and picking her up from work
because we only had one car and my ex-wife would be drunk from sun up to sun
down. She would be so drunk at work she would slur her speech on the phone.

40. All the sudden when I would call to speak to my ex-wife at work she was always
out on food delivers. At first she’d call me back within 15 minutes. It soon took her
over an hour to call back. I included both my ex-wife’s now hour long food deliveries
and her being sloppy drunk at work in one of my complaints to my ex-wife’s
supervisor. I never got a response. There is no way possible her coworkers
couldn’t have done what she was doing.

The next four Resort related items (#’s 41 through 44) refer to my ex-wife’s prostitution
encounters with a former Olympian and World Cup skier and Truckee resident. There
is a significant amount of other information not presented here that corroborates my
accusations of my ex-wife having sex with and prostituting with this guy.

41. “I fucked him one time. He's gross!!” ~ In a text my ex-wife sent me referring to the
skier.

42. “Never hooked up with anyone through catering. Resort. Not sure on the date..
Sometime in February” ~ Texts referring to same skier. Key word here is “anyone”.
Infers she had sex with more than one person at the Resort which is corroborated
by numerous other facts.

43. “We had sex in the Resort parking lot.” ~ Referring to the same skier”

44. "He paid me $200. The most I have got paid.” ~ Same skier again.

The following two items (#’s 45 and 46) are how a Truckee PD officer and a Placer
County Sheriff’s deputy responded to me reporting to them that I thought my ex-wife
was prostituting at the Resort. Ironically, it was their identical suspicious reactions to my
reports that cinched it for me, i.e. my ex-wife was in fact prostituting at the Resort.

What I glean from my interactions with the officer and deputy is that before local Lake
Tahoe law enforcement will investigate a report of illegal prostitution they first need to
check to see if the prostitute is one of theirs. If it is, you’re now the one who has some
worrying to do.

45. “Send me an email of her picture.” ~ This is all the Truckee PD officer asked for
when I reported I suspected my wife was prostituting at the Resort. When I told

 him I had evidence he said not to email it to him, only send him the picture. After I
pushed he said to come into the station with what I have. I asked to set a time. He
said come in anytime, he’d be available. When I came in I was told he was on the
phone and chose to wait. I sat so long in the waiting room they locked me in after
closing. I waited 1-1/2 hours and left. He then ignored my follow-ups to schedule
an appointment and discuss any of my concerns.

46. " Send me an email of her picture” ~ Here we go again. Surprisingly the same thing
the Truckee PD officer asked for. He also did not want my evidence and panicked
asking if I had contacted the Resort again (I had sent emails to my ex-wife’s
supervisor complaining about all that was going on and the drastic change in my
ex-wife’s behavior since she started working at the Resort). He told me not to do
anything, he’d check into it and get back to me. I also never heard back for him
after months of follow-up calls and emails.

The next six items (#’s 47 through 53) relate to my ex-wife’s BF who she hooked up with
only three weeks after I had her removed from our home and is still with. The first four
items are emails that are obvious regurgitations of statements I had on a website that has
since been taken down. These emails were plants of some kind and for some reason. I
can only guess why he picked these specific things to taunt me with out of the myriad of
other stuff I had on my website.

Item #’s 51 and 52 are unrelated to the website. My father pointed out that the statements
made in these two items sound like the behavior of a controlling pimp.

47. “And just do you know. [My-ex-wife] likes the black man now. She said your 5” ~
push didn’t cut it.”

48. “Let me just tell you some sucker. [My ex-wife’s] making $800 a night on average.
She’s in a far better place than you.’

49. “That’s my girl! She’s the best at what she does!”

50. “Actually Durant’s been fuckin you in da ass for a year now fool.” ~ Durant was the
judge in my divorce.

51. “We leave the kids out of this.” ~ Text from my ex-wife’s BF of four weeks dictating
to her estranged husband what to do with his kids in their divorce. Using this text
and court documents I can demonstrate that my ex-wife reentered prostitution
sometime between Oct. 6, 2014 and Oct. 9, 2014.

52. "K**l [ex-wife’s BF] said I can go back to you.” ~ Ex-wife’s BF telling my estranged
wife she isn’t allowed to be with anyone but me.

The next 4 items (#’s 53 through 56) all relate to the early 20-something kids next door
(Bryce, Mike and Dylan) to us in Truckee and their involvement in all of this. Item #57 also
ties into these rats. Their names kept popping up as I prepared this list so I made a section
dedicated to them.

53. "I told him I just had the biggest orgasm. He said he likes things up his butt.” ~ Ex-
wife telling me about the text sex she had with the 19-year-old neighbor kid (Bryce)
next door when she was in the back bedroom while my boys and I were 25 feet
away in the family room.

54. "I'm glad I got C-sections. I was told my p***y was tighter than a 19 year old’s.” ~
Who’s having sex with 19-year-olds to be able to make that comparison? Other
19-year-olds, of course. What kids around the age of 19 did my ex-wife know? The
kids renting the house next door, for one.

55. “I know what’s going on over there.” ~ My ex-wife’s comment in a deviately hushed
tone and a smirk on her face as he was pointing to the kids’ house next door.

56. "A dreadlocked guy down the street [from our house] in his messy Subaru. I met
him at Starbucks [that morning.]” ~ My ex-wife walked to Safeway to steal a bottle
of Vodka to stave off her morning withdrawals. After returning I cornered her into
admitting who she had sex with by telling her what proof I had (that I’m not going
into for reasons of brevity). She told me it was this dreadlocked guy. I’m confident
this was really the next door neighbor kid Mike for reasons I’m also not going into.

And finally, the next six items (#’s 57 through 63) relate to eight geotags with the
addresses of where pictures that were taken on my ex-wife’s phone. See the “Geotag
Analysis” for the actual geotags. Logging of geotags that capture the address of where a
picture was taken on an Android phone was a known and now fixed security glitche. There
is NO WAY possible to deny a picture wasn’t taken at each location.

The geotags show my ex-wife was at each location, and with the skier who she admitted
to have sex and prostituting with being one of the addresses (see item #’s 40 through 43)
that immediately taints all the others. Add to that my ex-wife’s embarrassed reaction and
lies and contradictions to the other addresses, my ex-wife having sex at each of the
locations in a logical and easy conclusion to come to.

I chose to go into great detail on the geotags, partly because I think the geotags could be
one reason why I was immediately targeted when my ex-wife reentered prostitution, and
partly because they are strong evidence of my ex-wife’s prostitution.

My ex-wife had no business being at any of the address. I believe it’s possible that there
could be something about these addresses that’s related to the “Big sex thing” and the
“lots of sexual deviancy” (see item #’s 24 and 36) that runs rampant in Lake
Tahoe/Truckee. And since one of the geotags is the residence of a prominent Truckee
resident (the skier) in an upscale area and two of the addresses are within half a mile of
the skier’s house, I also believe it’s possible for the residents at each location could also
be prominent members of the community.

I can prove one of the pictures was taken on or shortly before Sept. 18, 2013 because it
was a picture I took at John Muir’s house and posted on Facebook on that date. If the
geotags accumulated chronologically (which is almost certain), I can show that some of
the pictures were taken before Sept. 18, 2013 and others were taken after. That tells me
my ex-wife started up cheating again the first chance she got. That would be after starting
a catering job in June 2013, only 12 months to 15 months (between June and Sept. 2013)
after we arrived in Truckee. That was the first time she was outside of the home on her
own for extended periods of time.

57. Geotag on Mt. Rose View (Street number XXXXY on the analysis, the skier’s home
and one of two on Mt. Rose View). The location is the skier’s home who my ex-
wife already admitted to prostituting and having a sexual encounter with.. The date
of this picture can be shown to be taken after Sept. 18, 2013 helps corroborate my
allegations because Feb’ 21014 is when my ex-wife admitted to having sex with
him (admitted. See item #’s 41 to 44), mid-Feb. is when the skier put on his annual
ski event at the Resort and mid-Feb. is when my ex-wife started staying out all
night and admitted to cheating and there were two other geotags of homes that I
have other evidence that I’m not sharing. and now another at his home based upon
this picture geotag.

58. Prosser Dam Road geotag. Several things send up a red-flag about this geotag:

a. First and foremost, when I told my ex-wife this address was in her phone
her chest immediately got flush and her face turned bright red,

b. The address is clustered with within half a mile of the skier’s and another
home on Mt. Rose View. Sharing is caring.

c. There were two geotags with this home’s address with a geotag of an
address in Reno NV logged between the two. If the geotags are logged
chronically, that means a picture was taken on my ex-wife’s phone at this
address either on two different days or all three pictures were taken on the
same day. The Reno address is an upscale shopping center closest to
Truckee that I’ve never been to, and

 d. After denying she knew anything about any of the addresses my ex-wife
told me one of the addresses was the home of the mother of a kid who was
in our youngest son’s karate class then backed down on telling me that.

59. Mt. Rose View geotag (Street number XXXXZ on the analysis). This house is the
other clustered home and a distant next door neighbor to the skier’s home. It’s half
way between the home on Prosser Dam Road and the skier’s house.

60. Reno NV geotags. There were two geotags with Reno addresses. Like the Prosser
Dam Road address, my wife told me that one of the address was the skier’s Reno
home after denying she knew anything about any of addresses. That’s the only
reason I’m discussing them as they both appear to be strip malls to me. One of the
strip malls is at the extreme west end of Reno that we had never been to, right
down the hill from and the closest Reno strip mall to Truckee

She made up a cockamamie story that I got the address from “Dylan” (one of the
complicit neighbor kids’ next door. See items 52 through 55). Dylan got perturbed
and of course and denied giving me the skier’s address. She did not say which
one of the Reno addresses was the skier’s home, and I have not confirmed if the
skier even has a home in Reno. I know for sure neither of the addresses was the
skier’s home so why would she tell me that?

61. Conifer Dr. geotag. This house is in an upscale and very desirable location at the
west end of Truckee behind Donner Lake. For some unknown reason my ex-wife
said she checked into this, and only this address. She gave me some
gobbledegook I can’t exactly remember right now. I might have notes on it
somewhere. As I recall what she told me had to do with there being an out of town
owner for the house and for that reason there was no way she could have been at
that address? Regardless, I’m curious why my ex-wife would look into this address,
or at least say she did, but not any of the others which were the hot topics at the
time and still are.

62. Dirt fire road geotag. The last of the eight geotags was at the intersection of two
dirt fire roads. The intersection was just far enough off the paved street so as not
to be seen by a passerby. This location is right in the middle of Truckee and was
near where by ex-wife said she had sex with an artist and walked his dog passed
our friends’ home in the morning. Regardless, there was no good reason for her to
be at this off the beaten path, isolated location either.
