I am honored for the opportunity to write this letter of recommendation for Anna Gueorguieva. I
first met Anna when she enrolled in my class as a freshman, and she is currently in my AP
Literature class as a Senior. Her dedication and devotion towards volunteering as an Academic
Mentor, enrolling in my Academic Decathlon class all four years, and proactiveness in taking
college classes while still attending high school exemplify how much of a respectable worker
Anna is. Maintaining her GPA while also serving the community is one of the many rigorous
challenges she has accomplished.

Since becoming Anna’s teacher her freshman year, I have noticed that she shows diligence
towards anything asked of her. This has been evident in her role as Class President for three
years of her high school career. All tasks are performed with the utmost effort. She has gained
many leadership skills, and has learned to communicate with others effortlessly to create a
lasting impression. She is well known in the Merced community for her ability to help others
with such grace. With such a positive and bright outlook on life it is evident that Anna will make
a great candidate for any college. As an extremely hard worker, Anna balances her time wisely
whether it’s from extracurricular activities to academics.

Working with Anna has been an absolute joy, and I am excited to see all the amazing things she
