Preserve the language and literature in college.We must prevent the ejection
of our national right in filipino language,filipino teachers,filipino youth and
filipino people.
Commission on higher education made a wrong decision as it abolish Filipino
subjects in drawn memorandum #20 on june 28,2013.In this pace ,seems like
filipino departments in colleges and universities were threatened to lose in
coming years.More than this 10,ooo filipino and literature teachers who are
professionals is facing a possible lay off after all their sacrifices and studies
because the court have made a decision.It is very crucial that we keep this
subject in tertiary,necessarily in discussing about languange and literature to
its highest extent.A lot of things with high level of discourse may only be tackle
in higher degree.Just like society issues,research of own language which is
feasible and applicable in college.Is it not filipino subject were primarily
assurance that will reciprocate the goal and the given context whereas filipino
subject focused in progressive and innovative studies regarding of filipino
civilization.In hand of every filipino is the unique identity of citizens in our own
philippine country,our nationalism will correspond to community that will help
addressed the needs of filipino people.We may also contribute toward culture
and knowledge to the world.Language amd literature is not as simple as any
other subject that can generate with such pieces of foreign ideas and concept
which strained to have a big space inside ,wherein fact is illogical.Instead of
taking it off why not stabilized the filipino discipline in college curriculum using
filipino subjects as foundation.Ched has only few people without dilucid
references of conducting such action.The Filipino language opens the
realization of truth within our nation.Irrevocable and used as a tool of
communication in our daily lives.We must embraced our national language ,as
it is the greatest founding of the filipino society.It is what makes us, as a proud
people of the great philippines that must be developed and elaborated on
each of us,without it curriculum education of learners here in our country
,probably may mean letting go of the identity and essence of being a
Filipino.Our language is what made us and who we will be known forever. It is
what make us united.The reason we are called people of the philippines. And
who does not love his own language is worse than an animal and smelly fish.
