Maximum Capacity: 55 lbs
Max Speed: 1.25 - 1.56mph
Battery Type: Sealed lead-acid rechargeable, 6 Volt 4Ah
Charging time: Always charge the battery for 8-10 hours before first use
and when recharging is needed. Never charge for more
than 20 hours.
Power input for Charger: A/C 120 Volts
Power output to Battery: DC 7.5 Volts, 600MA

WARNING:
1.Use the toy only on flat surfaces, such as sidewalks, driveways or
playgrounds. Do not ride the vehicle in dangerous places such as busy
streets, roads or highways.
2.Never use near swimming pools or other bodies of water.
3.Never ride the vehicle in muddy or sandy areas. Never ride in hilly
areas or on steep slopes. This vehicle was made to operate on dry
leveled ground.
4.Never ride in the dark or in dimly lit areas.
5.Clean the vehicle only with a damp cloth and never submerge vehicle
in water or spray with water directly from a hose.
6.Only one child should ride this vehicle at a time.
7.Do not exceed the recommended weight limit of 55 lbs / 25 kgs.
8.To avoid suffocation of children please destroy all plastic bags after
assembly of the vehicle.
9.If vehicle is equipped with a forward / reverse switch, never press
this switch while vehicle is in motion. Always stop the vehicle before
switching directions.

CHARGING CAUTIONS:
- The charger is not a toy. Do not allow children to play with the
charger or to recharge the battery.
- Turn the power switch to “OFF” when charging.
- Before the first use, you should charge the battery for 8-10 hours.
Do not charge the battery for more than 20 hours to avoid
overheating the charger.
- It is normal for the charger to feel warm during charging. If the
charger feels very hot, stop charging, unplug the charger and check
the battery and charger.
- Use the charger in dry locations only.
- Regularly check the charger, battery and their connectors for
excessive wear or damage each time you charge the battery. If
damage or excessive wear is detected, do not use the charger or the
battery until you have replaced the worn or damaged part.

BATTERY SAFETY WARNING:


- Only use the battery and charger supplied by the manufacturer.
- Do not connect the battery terminals directly together. This will cause
the battery to short-circuit.
- Never short-circuit the battery terminals or modify the electrical system.
Alterations may cause a fire resulting in serious injuries.
- Do not mix old and new batteries or batteries of different types.
- Remove batteries during long periods of non-use. Always remove
batteries from the product. Dispose of batteries safely. Do not dispose
of batteries in fires. The batteries may explode or leak.
- If removable, rechargeable batteries are used, they are only to be
charged under adult supervision.
- Recharge the battery fully before storage, then charge it every 3
months to extend the life of the battery.

Caution:
The ride on vehicle is equipped with a built-in thermal circuit breaker.
The thermal circuit breaker is a self-resetting safety device which
automatically “trips” and shuts down the operation of the vehicle if it is
overloaded or the driving conditions are too severe. Once the circuit
breaker has tripped it will automatically reset itself after approximately
25 seconds and allow the rider to resume normal operation.

How to assemble the vehicle:
1 Step 1:
Steering wheel (#3)
·Place the steering wheel (#3) onto
the steering wheel column.

2 Step 2:
·Insert the M5 screw (#13) through
M5 Nut (#14) the steering wheel colomn.
M5 Screw (#13)
·Tighten the M5 nut (#14) with
screwdriver (#17) (Not included).
Screwdriver (#17)

 WARNING:
Do not change directions
while vehicle is in motion.

Step 3:Front Wheels Assembly


3 Wheel insert (#12)

Front axle washer (#11), wheel insert (#12),
front wheel (#1), wheel insert (#12),

·Tighten the nut with wrench (#7).
Wrench (#7)
·Insert the hub cap (#15) onto the
Screwdriver (#17) Wheel insert (#12)
front wheel.
M8 nut (#6) ·Tighten with 3xM3.5x12 pan head
Front wheel (#1)
screws(#4) with screwdriver (Not
included).
M3.5x12 Pan head screw (#4) ·Repeat the same step for other front
wheel.
Step 4: Rear Right Wheel Assembly

·Insert the motor & gear box (#5) onto
M3.5x12 Pan
Wheel insert (#12) head screw (#4)
the rear right axle, then connect the
M8 nut (#6) white plug to the motor plug.

·Tighten the nut with wrench (#7).
Hub cap (#15)
·Insert the hub cap (#15) onto the
Rear wheel (#10) Screwdriver (#17) wheel.
·Tighten with 3xM3.5x12 pan head
screws (#4) with screwdriver (not
included).

5 Step 5: Rear Left Wheel Assembly
·Insert onto the rear left axle: M10
10 washer(#11) washer (#11), the rear axle spacer
Wheel insert (#12)
Hub cap (#15) %'

10 washer (#11) rear axle washer (#10) and M8 nut (#6).
·Tighten the nut with wrench (#7).
rear axle spacer (#2)
Screwdriver (#17) Insert the hub cap (#15) onto the
M8 nut (#6) wheel.
Rear wheel (#10)
·Tighten with 3xM3.5x12 pan head
M3.5x12 Pan head screw (#9) screws (#4) with screwdriver (not
included).

6 Step 6:
·Insert the wing mirror (#8) into
wing mirror (#8) the body.

Operation of the Vehicle:


1.Make sure the battery is fully charged. Remove the seat and connect the
red plug to the battery plug before first use.
2.Locate the direction switch to the right of the steering wheel. Press the
direction switch to “F” and press the accelerator pedal, vehicle will move
forward. Headlights come on while moving forward.
3.To stop the vehicle remove foot from accelerator pedal. When stopped press
the direction switch to “B” then press the accelerator pedal, vehicle will move
backward.
NOTE: Do not change directions while vehicle is in motion.
4.Press the button in the center of the steering wheel for horn sound.
Charging the Battery:
· The Socket for charging the battery is
located next to the seat.
· Connect the charger plug into the DC jack,
then plug the charger into a household
outlet.
· Charge the battery for 8-10 hours. Never
charge more than 20 hours.
· When the battery is fully charged, unplug the
charger and store it in a cool and dry place.

Trouble-Shooting:
1. If vehicle fails to move:
a) Make sure the battery wires are connected properly.
b) Recharge the battery, if necessary.
c) Check the fuse and replace if damaged.
2. If vehicle runs slowly:
a) Recharge the battery.
3. If the battery can not recharge:
a) Battery or charger may be damaged. Replace if necessary.

Limited Warranty:
For the original purchaser, this 90-Day warranty covers the Dexton
ride-on vehicle against defect in materials and work-manship. This
warranty covers normal use and does not cover damages by
unreasonable use, neglect, accident, abuse, misuse improper service
or other causes not arising out of defects in material or work-manship.
