    A study on Receivables Management & analysis of trends in Non Performing Assets in Mahindra
    Finance.

    Objectives

    1. To study the collection process of Receivable Management System for normal closure,
    pre- closure and disposal cases.
    2. To analyze the trends in the Non-Performing Assets (NPA).
    3. To know the reasons of those contracts becoming NPAs.
    4. To identify the difficulties faced by field officers/employees of Non-Performing
    Contracts (NPC) vertical.
    5. To analyze the Portfolio of Non-Performing Contracts allocation.
    6. To provide the possible measures to avoid contracts becoming NPAs.
