Terms and condition
 All RESERVED ITEMS (with deposits) customers shall be responsible to pull out
their items within 60 days from the RESERVED DATES, otherwise storage fee
will be charged.
 A 50% down payment is needed if the customer wants to RESERVED an item.
 All items are SURPLUS, scratches and dents can normally be found in all the
items. Specially in wood products.
 All MERCHANDISE which are not claimed or pull out after 60 days will be
possessed by the store and the deposit will automatically be forfeited by the
store.
 Customers should provide a voltage converter or a transformer for electrical
items. Mostly of our electrical products are made in Japan, they are 100-120
vaults only.
 All electrical items that are returned to the store will undergo testing and
checking,if proven tampered,misused or mishandled,the store will refuse to
accept the said items.
 All electrical products are at “as is where is” basis, the store will not cover
any damages due to
accidents,transport,misuse,tampering,mishandling,negligence,natural
disaster,pest,infestions,defect/malfunction cause by foreign objects, use of
product voltage other than designated or operated not in accordance with
what is instructed.
 Exchange of items for whatever reasons the store will automatically upraise
the value of the said items. the customer should not expect that the store will
upraise the product the same price that it was purchased.
 Under the IRR of R.A. 7394 The Consumer Act of the Philippines, A change of
mind on your part does not entitle you to refund or exchange.
I carefully read and agree to the terms and conditions of Kendra

condition.
