“LEADERSHIP STYLES”
Leadership style is the manner and approach of providing direction,
implementation plans, and motivating peoples. As seen the employees
includes the total pattern of good actions performed by their leaders.

 TRANSFORMATIONAL LEADERSHIP:
Transformational leadership is a leadership styles in which leaders
encourage, inspire, and motivate employees to innovate and create
change that will help grow and shape the future success of the
company.
EXAMPLE:
A Steve job is one of the name in the iconic transformational
leaders the world have ever seen. His passion for perfection and
simplicity had made the company.

 TRANSACTIONAL LEADERSHIP:
Transactional leadership is a style of leadership in which leaders
promote compliance by followers through both rewards and
punishments. Through a rewards and punishments system
transactional leaders are able to keep followers motivated for the
short term.
EXAMPLE:
Bill gates he is more than just the world richest man. When he was
younger he faces lot of challenges and he faced it and survived
that’s why he is the successful man.

 LASSEZ FAIRE LEADERSHIP:


It is a type of leadership style in which leaders are hands off and
allow group members to make the decisions.
EXAMPLE:
Steve jobs and warren buffet are the best examples at first that
haven’t received any guidance from their elders but they didn’t
give up they worked hard and make their name in the world.

 SERVENT LEADERSHIP:
Servant leadership is a leadership in which the main goal of the
leader is to serve. This is different from traditional leadership
where the leader main focus is to give their organization on high
rank.
EXAMPLE:
The powerful speech of Queen Elizabeth on her coronation in 1953
what a motivating speech it was.

 BURECRACY LEADERSHIP:
It is the leadership based upon the fixed official duties under the
authority applying a system of rules for management and decision
making.
EXAMPLE:
Colin Powell is another great political example of bureaucracy
leadership. His leadership style has roots in the military.

 CHRISMATIC LEADERSHIP:
Charismatic leadership developed by the German sociologist max
weber. It involves a type of organization or a type of leadership in
which authority derives from the charisma of the leader.
EXAMPLE:
Founder and CEO of revolutionary leaders, campaigning
organization that is focused on developing leaders committed to
democracy and freedom.
 SITUATIONAL LEADERSHIP:
Situational leadership model created by PAUL Hersey developed
which working on management of organizational behavior. The
theory was first introduced in 1969 as “lifecycle theory of
leadership”.
EXAMPLE:
Situational leadership introduced by Paul Hersey. The leadership
model requires a person to analyze the needs according to a
particular situation and adapt to the most appropriate leadership
style from the primary requirement.
