A. OBJECTIVES
The students will be able to:
A1. Terminal Objective(s):
 Connect the students to prior knowledge.
 Connect text to personal experiences
 Accurately read aloud words, sentences and simple verses
 Spell out words.
 Explain meaning of words read.
 Identify ideas and details of reading texts.
 Enunciate sounds of each letter or words.
 Students will have an opportunity to practice pronunciation and collocations connected with the
previous lessons and in preparation for the final examination.
A2. Enabling Objectives(s)
 Students must be able to define the newly acquired words, its details and use it in a context.
 Students must demonstrate understanding on a given text and express what it is all about.
 Students must establish an understanding on the different uses of punctuation marks and linking
ideas.
 Students must demonstrate an understanding on how to predict using pictures. .
