LESSON PLAN
A. OBJECTIVES
The students will be able to:
A1. Terminal Objective(s):
Connect the students to prior knowledge.
Connect text to personal experiences
Accurately read aloud words, sentences and simple verses
Spell out words.
Explain meaning of words read.
Identify ideas and details of reading texts.
Enunciate sounds of each letter or words.
Students will have an opportunity to practice pronunciation and collocations connected with the
previous lessons and in preparation for the final examination.
A2. Enabling Objectives(s)
Students must be able to define the newly acquired words, its details and use it in a context.
Students must demonstrate understanding on a given text and express what it is all about.
Students must establish an understanding on the different uses of punctuation marks and linking
ideas.
Students must demonstrate an understanding on how to predict using pictures. .
