The University of the Philippines Civil Engineering Society (UPCES)

is a duly recognized academic organization of the University of the
Philippines Los Baños. It was established in 1993 and since then has
consistently produced honor graduates, topnotch board passers, and
world-class civil engineers.
Beyond academic excellence, UPCES strives for the holistic development
of its members and constituents into environmentally responsive and
globally competitive engineers.
With its motto, “Aim high with noble mighty
goals”, UPCES stand s at the forefront of
