 Supervises over all activities of HUB operations and daily routine
of HUB staff and couriers.
 Communicates with the Customer Service Agent, Clients and
consignees for the delivery and receiving of activities.
 Ensures that all documented Procedures, Work Instructions and
appropriate use of forms in accordance with IMS & PQA.
 Framework are properly complied with and implemented.
 Excellent in the local geography, able to plan and implement
courier routes.

Qualifications:
 College graduate (any course)
 W/ minimum 3 years’ experience in express logistics
 Computer Literate
