Respected sir,

I have requested given shipment from manufacture for demo and home use only not
used for commercial purpose.As mentioned on invoice valuation is for customs only since no
payment made.I have received update from FedEX reg. to enhanced 30% of assessable value for
this shipment.I understand based on invoice shipment value 481.36 USD, This shipment is send
by Manufacture directly and has provided correct market value. Since this device is not
purchased and personal and demo only device this will not have any additional cost (Software
Lic. and support fee) to device apart from hardware price mentioned on invoice. I do not have any
bank statement to provide exact transaction value since it was not purchased, I would request
you please consider invoice value as assessable value and further clear shipment.I have also
found past shipment details which indicate this we have less value for Velocloud EDGE 540
device.
