Important Information:

4. Airline check-in counter opens 2 hours prior scheduled departure and closes 45 minutes prior to the departure time.
5. Call the Airline directly to cancel your ticket if the departure time of your flight is within the next 6 hours and inform us via
email/phone for refund processing. We will process the refunds as per the cancellation policies from airlines and Agency
applicable charges.
6. If you fail to cancel the travel booking and do not report for travel on time, the Airline will consider such passenger as No
Show.
7. E-Ticket is a non-transferable document. Passenger name cannot be changed.
8. Guests will be subjected to a security screening prior to boarding the Aircraft. This is mandatory as per indian regulations.
