•Grilled Chicken Fajitas

Oatmeal with Berries
Breakfast

Ingredients:

• Prepackage Oatmeals

• Strawberries

• Blueberries

• Almonds

• Coconut Sugar

• Almond Milk

Directions:

Prepare the oatmeal as it says on the package. Use al-


mond milk ( you can also use water, but I prefer almond
milk). Top with the berries, almonds and add coconut
sugar to sweeten.

Turkey Burger
Lunch

Ingredients:

• 1lb of ground turkey

• Seasalt

• Pepper

• Garlic Powder

• Extra Virgin Olive Oil

• 1 tsp of rosemary, minced

• 2 tsp of parsley, minced

Directions:

Place everything in a mixing bowl and combine thoroughly. Shape into patties.
Place the oil in skillet over medium-high heat. Add burgers and cook to desire
temperature.

Add toppings if desire like lettuce, tomato and onions.

Grilled Chicken Fajitas
Dinner

Ingredients: Directions:
• Extra Virgin Olive Oil Combine olive oil, lime juice, garlic, cumin and oregano.

• Lime Juice Toss with chicken strips and marinate for at least 20

• 1 Garlic Clove minced minutes.

• 1/2 Oregano Heat olive oil in skillet on medium- high. Saute onions

Ingredients:
• 6oz Almond Milk
• 2 Tsp Almond Butter
• 1/2 Cup Ice
• 2 Scoops Chocolate Protein
Powder

Directions:

Blend all the ingredients together in


blender and enjoy!
